Tyent ACE-11 Counter-Top Extreme Water Ionizer

Onnce installed I noticed the touchpad on my machine was kind of slow to respond and eventually stopped working. Contacted Tyent and they offered me the option of shipping the machine back for repair or sending me a new touchpad and video if I wanted to try myself first, and then return if I could not handle. I opted for trying to replace myself to avoid hassle of shipping. Happy to report that the part arrived promptly with a link to a video that walked me through the entire process. After a few minutes, simply removing a few screws, unplugging old touchpad and plugging in new one, the touchpad works perfectly now and is very responsive. They stand behind their warranty and I could not be more pleased with the product and service Tyent provided.

Worst product, as soon as i plugged it in white smoke started coming out and there was a bit of oil coming out of the vents of back of the machine. I wasted $500 on custom and shipping and amazon didnt really help either. Do not waste ypur money on this product and this company.

I have been using this product over a year now. You save $$$ for drinking water, for fishing tank, and cooking food.

THE WORST WATER IONIZER EVER

I love it! The water is excellent. I felt the health benefit within a weeks. The machine is amazing and Treyent customer service can't be beat,

We bought this at another store but people need to know that this could ruin their health! A friend took our Tyent apart and found that the ionizer layers were covered with mold. This terrible filter system was supposed to be healthy. Don’t buy this unless you want to drink mold.

Awesome machine. This is the Future!

I don’t have this machine but I do own a Tyent 7070 Turbo. I bought it 13 years ago for about $3;300 and I have not had any problems with it to this day. The filters last 6-8 months and we have really hard water too. Super high quality products that will last a long long time.
