For keto/low carb, gets the job done
These are enjoyable to me, about 6 carbs per wrap. They are very thin, and your mileage may vary on if your wrap falls apart. I've tried a few different ingredients and haven't had too much of an issue. They might break apart a little but not always. Sometimes I order a cheeseburger wrap and put the ingredients in two of these coconut wraps, might be a bit of a pain to do that, but as long as one sticks to the keto diet, it's a great solution for me. Note that in some batches, the wrap may stick to the paper. My last one that I used didn't have that problem. Also they are a bit pricey, but I still felt 5 stars is warranted - there's the plain coconut ones in a two pack that is about the same price as one of these, as an option.

Didn't Work for Me
I bought these to take to work for lunch. I put some lettuce meat and cheese in them and roll them like a burrito. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I bought 2 packs and both were the same. Half of them ripped apart while I was trying to get them out of the packaging. They are individually wrapped in wax paper and they were hopelessly stuck to it on both sides. I tried putting a few in the microwave to see if heating it would loosen it up (maybe it froze during transit), but it only turned part of it dark brown. I had to throw at least 3 of the 10 away. There were little pieces of the paper stuck to the wraps that I couldn't get off. So after I finally salvaged some of them, I was abler to make a few wraps. I wrapped them up in foil to take to work and when I unwrapped them at work to eat them, the wrap stuck to the foil. It got moist and mushy and tore apart. So it left me with a rolled up piece of cheese with lettuce and chicken in it. Too bad because the part I did get to eat tasted decent. I can't recommend these. The Paleo Thin coconut wraps hold up much better and don't give me an issue with the packaging. I only saw the plain variety, and although not as tasty, they work much better for what I need.

Nutritional value is spot on
Texture is a deal breaker when I took the wrap out of the paper it was like peeling a fruit roll up. I threw the one out that I made my wrap on, but I will try steaming the next one. They are not what my imagination dreamt up . The product arrived in perfect condition and fresh. I just wanted some thing a little more flexible and the flavor wasn’t bad. I will have to get creative with these. I love the whole concept. I’m just gonna have to try steaming them. I’ll figure something out. Good luck if anyone has any success creating something delicious please post your process in your review so the rest of us can figure it out. The product arrived as described, so I’m not knocking stars off for that. It was just texture for me.

Taste is fine. Texture is off.
I like these ok. I like tortilla wraps MORE lol (duh), but these are ok if you're really wanting a wrap but don't want to use a tortilla for any number of reasons. I don't move using tortillas, so I probably won't get these again. The texture is soft enough to roll it, but I wouldn't try folding the bottom in. I just roll it like I would sushi, leaving both sides open and use the paper that they use in the packaging to separate each wrap to enclose the bottom of the wrap. Everything I put in stays in pretty well, though. I have only used to make turkey wraps and the like. I haven't used to make burritos. They have an almost crunchy texture when you bite into it, so if you have an extreme aversion to different textures then this is not for you as the texture is much different than that of a flour tortilla. These are very thin, but I have not had any problem with them tearing (I have only used 2 so far).I don't really taste these when I eat my wrap, so the us no issue of coconut flavor for me. Definitely didn't taste sweet or anything. I got the turmeric flavor specifically to try to avoid any sweetness. Anyway, I hope that helps!

How to cook them
These are good I didn't not know how to eat them really. You can't use them like other wraps. I tried to heat it and it burned.
