It's a bit richer and more soothing on the skin than some gels. It makes for a good shave, leaves a good finish and is reasonably good value.

This is a great product,looking at the negative comments people need to understand this is a cream not a foam.It needs to be bowl lathered or applied on a shaving brush first and worked in.I found a small amount placed in a shaving bowl and mixed with small amounts of water makes a rich lather perfect for shaving.

This is an amazing shaving cream! People who complain that it doesn't produce a foam, probably it's the first time they shave in their lives and don't have a clue. So.... no! A shaving cream shouldn't produce foam, but a nice thin spread thin layer on a wet face.

Had before ideal for sensitive person shave

The media could not be loaded. While I usually prefer using shaving foams, I have bought this shaving cream to take with me for a travel. It is of a convenient size to take with me, however doesn't foam that nicely after put on the skin. It doesn't provide such a smooth shave as you'd get with either gel or a foam so it's relatively easy to cut yourself.I'd suggest using standard shaving foam if you have choice, however not a bad replacement if you need something for a travel.

Not good.Does not foam. Blocks up the razor (Mach 3 and 5). Actually looked like a pin cushion after shaving with this!Because it does not come off with the razor, (just scrapes a blocks the blades) you have to apply more pressure than usual... so you end up cutting yourself to bits.Nothing like my usual Nivea foam or gel. Its supposed to be ideal for travel, however, i think you need to use a shaving brush & bowl with it, so not ideal for travel. Used it twice on holiday, both times the shave was terrible and cut myself to pieces.Threw it in the hotel room bin.
