The soft beads allow for wrapping around a knee or ankle if needed. Each pack has a soft handle on the back that can be held onto the sore area.I can’t wait for these to arrive at their house. I’m sure their mother with love the sweet heart shaped note. I hope she reads it to the children.

Love the size. It’s the perfect size to put on any any of your body and it’s easy to store in the freezer. I love how it has a handle so when I have a headache I can hold it on my head or forehead. Works very well and it’s comfortable

I get period cramps all the time and put this in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds. then I wrapped a small towel around the pack and put it on my stomach. it lasts super long!!! I think around 45 minutes before it become more lukewarm.
