This really did increase my metabolism!
I read about increasing metabolism on the Mayo Clinic website. I read that cayenne pepper is an energy booster and a powerful antioxidant. So, I found this Cayenne pepper supplement and ordered it. I started taking it after eating. I was interested because I had gained a few pounds and wanted to help my metabolism shift those pounds. I haven't walked to help with this process because, it's been so cold, windy, and rain and some snow. After taking it for two weeks, I lost a pound when I got on the scale this morning. If you cant eat a hot pepper this is not for you, same effects
even though it comes in a pill form, it is very strong and upsets my stomach (acid) had to stop taking it everyday, I get one in once and awhile with the help of pepto to cut the acid.
