All top loaders are made with PVC. As best practice, please use a card sleeve as a barrier between the loaders and card. A card sleeve is made from polypropylene and is acid-free. support@titanshieldgaming.com

Yes, however there are better options out there. You really have to push the card into the sleeve and its like they are defective or sat in a warehouse for a very long time because the sides stick together. The penny sleeves that come with the hard sleeves aren't good either. I recommend just from my experience don't buy these. Ultra Pro penny sleeves and hard sleeves are the only brand I buy.

Is it common for these to come with debris and scrapes in them or mis-cut?

Do these have uv protection like ultra pro premium toploaders?

I'm not sure however these are good hard sleeves. The new penny sleeves that they have I wouldn't recommend. Hope this helps.
