Q: Is it Machine Washable?

I just bought a bunch of these for gifts! It is waterproof so I imagine that is machine washable but I have not done it yet!

Q: I want to know if it folds up small? I want to keep it inside another bag when not being used...does it compact well?

Yes you can fold it up and put it in a quart size sandwich bag.

Q: What is the size of the inside pocket? I have a large cell phone and want to make sure it will fit. Thank you.

My grandson uses this for PE class. He keeps it at school during the week so I couldn't measure it for you, but we put a full size deodorant and a pair of socks in that pocket, so I believe it will hold a large cell phone.
