Easy to use, good quality
I like a bit of garlic but not the strong fresh cloves. This stores easily in the fridge, use as much or little as I like. Have used this brand for years. Highly recommend if you do not want to bother with chopping garlic.

Stores well. Just sprinkle these freeze-dried chopped garlic into anything or shake onto salad. Very convenient.

The jarred kinds are Ok but this is better. Also the jarred kinds the taste gets week after about a month in the fridge- for me at least.
