After learning the nuts and bolts of "passage meditation" (see my review of Passage Meditation also on Amazon) one can now turn to "Timeless Wisdom" which is an anthology of great passages from the world's major religions, saints and sages. Here in one volume, you will find a wonderful collection of wisdom passages which can be used for your daily meditations.A whole new world will open up to you.As with Easwaran's other books, highly practical and enjoyable.

I have been reading one passage a day, on most of the days, and it has given me a great start to my day. The passages are short, expressive and at the same time from diverse sources and thus making it a unique compilation. If I missed any thing at all, it was a short commentary after each passage from Eknath Easwaran. It would have highlighted the key messages from the passage. All in all a great compilation for someone who wants to start the day on a positive note.

A fine meditation book to pick up and choose the prayer or essay most meaningful or spend time with a new one daily.

As always, Easwaran is enlightening. Had this book before and it moved on so it nice to have an old friend again.

There is a lot of wisdom and truth written on these pages. I enjoyed every paged. Recommend it to those looking tomove along their path to spiritual achievement.

Uplifting writing in this time of darkness from a variety of credible uplifted minds who's enlighten life were also a source of inspiration.
