OMG it worked!
First of all, I am not a paid shill for any product, and I am not involved with this company in any way. I'm just a happy customer.Y'all, IT WORKED!!For maybe 8 months my Epson Workforce WF-7720 has been printing poorly. Specifically, the yellow would barely print anything. I tried running the "Print Head Cleaning" function on the printer so many times with no change. Finally, about 6 months ago I ordered this cleaning kit. Then I read the instructions and watched the video and I guess it seemed daunting so I never actually tried using it. It just sat there on my desk, mocking me. And in the meantime, I had this amazing printer that I love but it wouldn't print right. I'm sure everyone knows how it goes - it was on my list of things I needed to deal with but I just didn't get around to it. Until this week. This week, for various reasons, I became motivated to have a working printer again. So I read the instructions again and I kinda halfheartedly tried to use it. It didn't change anything. I started shopping for a new printer thinking this one was just dead. Then for some reason yesterday I decided to read the instructions again. Maybe I didn't do it right. It turns out, I needed to use some of the attachments that were included in the kit. You see, the kit includes all manner of little gizmos and, quite honestly, the instructions don't really help you figure out what to do with them. I suspect it is a situation where every type of printer is different so they just give you everything you need but they can't possibly do the simple thinking for you to help you figure out what to do. Turns out it was easy once I started looking at it. There's a little piece that fits perfectly over the nozzle on my printer, and a little tube and various attachment pieces to build a way to connect the nozzle attachment to the syringe. Honestly, this is where those little logic games your mom played with you as a toddler come in handy. Legos and Lincoln Logs, things like that. It's not difficult. The main key is that you have to end up with the little yellow connector piece snugly mounted to the print head nozzle in order for this to work. There's no special trick or anything strange about it, all the pieces are included for you to easily solve the problem. At least for my printer. (I included a picture of what my syringe contraption looked like after I put it together.)Anyway, I got it all rigged up with the included pieces and pulled the liquid up into the syringe. I attached the thing to the yellow print head nozzle on my printer and gently pressed the plunger and let it sit for a minute. Then I retracted the syringe and it pulled a bunch of yellow up into the syringe along with the cleaning fluid. I did that back and forth a few times and then disconnected it and cleaned up the mess (which was also much easier than I had envisioned). Plugged the printer back in and got it all back together, printed a couple test pages and then on the second one the yellow section was completely printed for the first time in ages! So I googled for a color printer test page and printed it and every color looked perfect!Oh, I also wanted to mention that the instructions mention something about putting "blotter paper" down under the print cartridge carriage thing to absorb the mess. I didn't know what blotter paper was so I took a paper towel and cut it into a long strip about 2" wide and then put it over the giant sponge thing that is under where the cartridge carriage thing moves back and forth. All the fluid I squirted through the print head made a bit of a mess but my paper towel absorbed most of it. I used a couple more paper towels to clean up the rest, and it looks fine now.In any case, this product worked exactly as advertised and saved my excellent printer from being replaced. I would definitely order this again if I needed it in the future.

Just Amazing!
I have to admit, I was skeptical making this purchase but I am beyond happy with the results. I would like to tell you which printer I used this on but I'm afraid Amazon will not post this review if I do. So here's what I was up against. My inkjet printer was completely clogged for yellow and cyan. The magenta was 50/50 and the black was okay. I put two 5ml syringes through the black and the second came through clear. I did the same for the magenta. For the yellow and cyan, I had to use three 5ml syringes and the third came through clear. I then used the "Power Cleaning" function under "Maintenance" section of the printer (this uses a boatload of ink to flush the system). Then I used the "Nozzle Check" function and everything worked perfectly. I purchased a second cleaning kit to have on standby but I don't think I will need it any time soon. My three year old printer is now printing like a brand new printer.

the applicator is just way too small but the stuff works well.
the syringe is very small. only 5 cc of product can be used at a time. I tossed it and used one that I had from another maker. you need at least 20 in order to get a good cleaning in. you lose time and the product cools if you nee to reload every 5. other than that the stuff works great. it took no longer to dry than others I've used so on that end it is good I think it is worth the price I actually purchased two for next time..

Worked to clean the print head and remove error message
My printer had “problem with the printer or ink system” message. I replaced all of the ink, did a few printer head cleanings, removed the print head and tried to clean it but nothing worked. There was no black printing and trying to print anything gave the error message. I bought this cleaning kit, removed the print head, and injected the cleaner into the black nozzle two times. I waited for the print head to dry out and put everything back together. Worked with no error message or additional head cleaning needed.

Just What I Needed
I had an Epson XP-410 ink jet printer that had stopped printing from the black cartridge. I tried the Epson print head cleaning routine multiple times with no effect. A little search on YouTube found a video that recommended using a print head cleaning kit and solution to get the printer going. I searched for this on Amazon and found this kit. After following the instructions in the kit to inject the solution in each print nozzle and waiting several hours, I then reinserted the cartridges, performed a couple of head cleanings to flush the solution out of the nozzles and, voila, my printer prints better that it has in years.

The syringe end pieces don’t fit the syringe
The solution worked. That’s the good news. But buying the kit was worthless. None of the incidental tools included with the syringe (tube and end pieces) fit the enclosed syringe. I used a diabetic syringe I had at home to inject the solution into the printer since I needed something that I could hold at a 90 degree angle.

Printhead Cleaning Kit works great!
This Printhead Cleaning Kit works great. Followed the instructions. The first time the solution was applied, the clogged ink was still preventing the desired result as the printer had not been used in a year. Applied a second time and it worked. New ink cartridges replaced the old ones to avoid possible issues with older ink.

Printer Works Again!
This kit came with poor instructions and no phone number for help. I finally figured out how to inject the liquid into my 2008 HP Photosmart D7260 and let it sit for a couple of hours. Then I put all the ink cartridges back in and to my surprise it worked! My seventeen year old inkjet printer is working like new! I am very pleased with the result and would have given it five stars if the instructions had been clearer or if they had given a web link that showed how to use their system with my specific printer.
