Incredible Results, Take Your Time
Very easy to use and very effective! Simplified directions for an effective cleaning: 1. Go into your printer menu and have it start a print nozzle cleaning. Be ready to disconnect the power immediately after it starts. 2. Unplug the power once the nozzle cleaning begins. This is important, it stops the printer head from moving and keeps it in an unlocked position. 3. While the printer head is unlocked and the power is turned off, remove your secondary printer cartridges (if equipped) from the movable printhead. Mark each one to help remember the order they go in! 4. With the secondary cartridges removed, you should see 4 little nipples/ports corresponding to each color cartridge. 5. Grab a few paper towels and fold each one 3 times, lengthwise. Place 1 folded paper towel into the tray beneath the printhead assembly to help absorb the mess that is about to come out from it. 5. Use the cleaning kit with the hose/tube FIRMLY attached to the syringe and fill the syringe with the cleaning solution. 6. FIRMLY attach the other end of the hose/tube from the syringe to the nipple/port on your printer and begin applying pressure to the syringe plunger to eject the cleaning solution into the port. Once the syringe is empty, carefully disconnect the hose/tube from the print nipple/port and dab it clean on a paper towel. Now you can refill the syringe and repeat the procedure on the same port to ensure it is cleaned. 7. After the second flushing, slide the printhead over to remove the paper towel beneath it. (It is going to be a soggy mess.) Take your second paper towel to replace the one you just extracted. 8. Repeat steps 5 and 6 (and 7 if necessary). 9. Once you have cleaned all of the ports, dab up any spillage from the bottom of the printhead before you reinstall the secondary cartridges and remove the paper towel from beneath the print head. 10. Reinstall the secondary printheads making sure they go back in the correct order or your prints will come out discolored and odd looking. 11. Run 2 or 3 print head tests on fresh paper to verify the printer is working correctly. It may take 2 (in my case 3) times for this test to complete properly with freshly cleaned ports because it needs to flush out the residual cleaning solution from the ports. 12. Enjoy your Like New printer!

Worked Perfectly to Restore Print Quality
This cleaning kit brought my Epson printer back to life after months of clogged nozzles. The fluid worked quickly, and the included syringe tools made the process easy. I followed the directions carefully and got clean test prints within minutes, the color accuracy and print quality got back to normal. A great product for the money and to keep on hand for any inkjet printer owner.

the applicator is just way too small but the stuff works well.
the syringe is very small. only 5 cc of product can be used at a time. I tossed it and used one that I had from another maker. you need at least 20 in order to get a good cleaning in. you lose time and the product cools if you nee to reload every 5. other than that the stuff works great. it took no longer to dry than others I've used so on that end it is good I think it is worth the price I actually purchased two for next time..

A Job Well Done
Imagine having a ink in your printer, but its not printing! Cleaning the Printhead is the only option. With time and patience this method works. I did not have to buy a new printer.

Revived My HP Pro 8600 Plus — Prints Like New Again
I have an older HP Pro 8600 Plus that had been sitting unused for well over a year, and the ink had completely dried up on the printhead. After getting this cleaning kit and following the included directions, the printer is back up and running — printing just like it did when it was brand new. The solution worked effectively to dissolve the dried ink, and the process was straightforward. For anyone dealing with clogged or dried printheads, this kit is a practical way to restore performance without replacing expensive parts.

The syringe end pieces don’t fit the syringe
The solution worked. That’s the good news. But buying the kit was worthless. None of the incidental tools included with the syringe (tube and end pieces) fit the enclosed syringe. I used a diabetic syringe I had at home to inject the solution into the printer since I needed something that I could hold at a 90 degree angle.

Missing piece; vague incomplete instructions; didn't clear blockage; almost destroyed printer
I installed a brand-new ink cartridge into my printer that I use regularly. For some reason this black ink did not want to print, and I ended up printing blank pages. So, after numerous unsuccessful print head nozzle cleanings and test pages, I bought this cleaning kit. This cleaning kit almost destroyed my printer! First of all, one of the L-shaped pieces was missing from the kit. I'm not sure if they were the same or different sizes. The directions were very vague. They didn't explain what the other nozzle was even for. Was it an extra nozzle for the bottle? Why was it needed? The directions show a broken print pattern to identify which colors need to be cleaned. If your printer looks like this, do a print head cleaning through your printer or print an ink purge page first. Only use this liquid cleaning solution as your last resort, when you continuously get broken lines after numerous print head cleanings and a couple of purge pages. The directions state to "inhale" 4-5ml of cleaning solution into the syringe. But, they only want you to inject 1ml into the ink inlet that needs to be cleaned. That isn't enough to flush out the line, so you're left with cleaning solution and now diluted ink in the tubing. Other online videos using liquid cleaning solutions say to use 4-6ml per color to flush out the lines. And, you should probably wait at least 24 hours before attempting to print anything. Of course, the lines are going to be full of clear cleaning fluid, so it will take some time before ink flows through the tubes again. So, it's no surprise that people complain that they print out blank pages after using this cleaning solution. That's exactly what happened to me! But, the directions show a perfectly printed test pattern right after injecting the solution. BTW, the QR code at the bottom of the instruction manual is the same manual but in digital form. The yellow rubber piece did not fit into the ink inlet of my Brother MFC-J6925DW printer very well. I had to hold it on using needle-nose pliers. The directions don't clearly explain that you must remove the syringe as you're pushing in otherwise, when you remove the apparatus ink will get sucked back into the syringe so you must flush it out before using it for another color. Also, if you allow ink to get sucked back into the syringe, ink is going to spill out of where you attached the rubber piece to the inlet, leaving a mess. This happened to me multiple times. The directions have you wait an hour, then print a test pattern. If that doesn't work, then try again 2-3 more times. If that doesn't work, wait and try again the next day. Why? Instead of trying 2-3 times and wasting 2-3 hours, just flush each clogged line slowly with 4-5ml of fluid to completely flush out the line. Then, wait to do a test print 24 hours later. Otherwise, you’re going to get air bubbles in the tubing. Instead of just flushing out the clogged black tubing, I ended up flushing out the tubing for all the colors, too. Big mistake. I printed numerous blank pages. This whole ordeal wasted several hours. I did some research so I didn’t have to trash my expensive printer. I searched my printer model number and “printhead purge.” I found a YT video describing how to go into a special setting on my brother MFC printer to purge the ink better than the original default settings. You can manually do it per ink color. Low and behold it worked, but it wasted a lot of ink. At least 3 days later I was able to salvage my printer, no thanks to this cleaning solution and the vague instructions. My advice is to use this at your own risk and only if absolutely necessary to clear a blocked ink cartridge. Do some research online and watch videos of people using similar cleaning solutions.
