Is this squozen from fresh live minks?

According to the MSDS sheet for this product it contains no mink oil. It contains petroleum and lanolin. Strange given the name. No squozen minks at all.

My car's leather seats are constantly exposed to dry and hot conditions. Would mink oil be appropriate to use on them?

If they aren't suede, then mink oil would be fine to use on them. That precludes this product, though, since it isn't real mink oil - it's tallow.

Not particularly; real mink oil has a strong odor, but this isn't real mink oil - it's mostly TALLOW instead.
