Tiny pebble like perlite. Seems good, my only issue is that the dust flies everywhere. I would reccomend using a mask. It might contain silica. Or pour water into it first. Retains moisture well and is good value for money. Planted my gardenia in a pot with this perlite. Let's see.

Please don't buy from ugaoo. The grain size is very small and inconsistent, 30 to 40% is powder.Try any other brand you'll at least get it cheap. you'll be satisfied for getting it cheap. Buy sand granules from local nursery. But don't buy ugaoo perlite.The perlite being sold under the brand is very very cheap quality.

Almost all products of Ugaoo are very good but I find them little expensive. But for good result you can purchase once in a while. Ugaoo store gives more discount. Try to buy from store if you have near by.
