Excellent quality -- Snug Fit
Put these over the metal tips of our Black Diamond walking sticks. The tips we received were rubber, not plastic. Easy to install and they have a very snug fit to the end of the pole. They will not come off. The rubber is thick and should provide years of use.Importantly, they provide additional protection to the stick when hiking or walking over solid surfaces or concrete. They reduce the noisy sound walking sticks with metal ends make on solid surfaces. This is a big factor for us as 70-year-old seniors who use them both for hiking and occasionally day-to-day for balance when shopping.

Perfect for my walking sticks
Perfect for my walking sticks. I call them my Opera sticks. The tip does wear through the rubber but love that I can use in doors and on Tile. Great invention to add to my walking sticks

Walking stick tip replacement
Tip fit snug to my Leki walking stick. Less noise on hard surfaces . I like my walking stick to tailor the height and light weight.

Fit and Work
I bought these for our hiking poles as the pole website charged an arm and a leg for delivery on top of the cost. They fit, they work well, and the only reason I didn’t chose a 5 star review is that I am waiting to see how long they last.

Good or bad? Depending on what surface you're using them on
Update: As I'm still hiking on concrete and I think these are the best for that, I bought more of these. They seem to last the longest. Keeping track of how many miles I get from them.I usually hike on dirt roads so these boots aren't needed. It rained here for a few months so I started walking on the sidewalks. I'd bought another brand of boots to protect the tips and they were way too soft. Went through them after 6 miles. I got these to try. These are perfect for me. The rubber tips are kinda like porridge...not too hard, not too soft, just right. I think I went almost 50 miles on the first pair. They have good grip on concrete, and slips a bit when getting into hard packed dirt. So, if you're using these on cement, these are the type to get. Might do better with a different brand for softer surfaces.

Only last a couple of hours on the slopes
Fit and finish is good and it was exactly the same design as the baskets on my old poles. However, the plastic thickness is half that of the ones I wanted to replace. Just after a couple of hours on the slopes, both baskets were broken. Cheap, but you get what you pay for, I do not recommend.

Good Quality
The rubber tips make a huge difference-these were just as good and less expensive at Amazon- I didn’t think a rubber tip after it worn through would be a big deal. I was wrong.

They fit
The main thing is that they arrived REALLY fast and were much less costly than replacements from the pole manufacturer ... and they fit. They feel a little more snug fitting, so I'm hopeful they'll stay attached in deeper snow.
