Upgr8 U8102-1004 Oil Filter Sandwich Plate Adapter Kit (Black)

The sandwich fit perfectly on my 2000 Toyota Camry 2.2 liter. It did come with one broken oring but I just used some sealing tape. I did have one issue while installing. When putting the oil filter on the sandwich you cannot tighten it firmly or it will leak. Just hand tighten till it touches than maybe a half or 3/4ths turn more. I may opt for a larger oil filter next oil change to see if it seats better.

The shipping was extremely fast, ordered it over night and got it the next day. However, the sandwhich plate adapter I recieved is scuffed up on the inner lip before the rubber seal slot. At the moment I really need this adapter so unfortunately I wont be returning it. I do have pictures of unboxing and finding it like that for proof. Will say for the price, its alright. You get what you pay for and the shipping was nice so its like a 50/50 lol.

Good quality. Works well. Make sure you use Teflon tape or paste on the threads to the sensor ports. So far leak free

I took the product to the auto shop to have it installed during an oil change. The technician discovered that it leaks oil from the bolts on the unit. On the positive side the auto technician said that it creates a very good seal on both sides, the face for the engine and the face for the oil filter. I returned it for an exchange.This is a great idea said the auto technician but they did not understand why they put bolts on this part.

The item came with all the little rubber gaskets broken. So no I have to pay money to find something that go around all the fittings that’s you screw in.
