Speck Products CandyShell Card Case for iPhone 5c (Pink/Black)

Great case! Aesthetically pleasing and provides the necessary protection the phone needs. The case was easy to take out of the package and put on the phone.For protection, the design seems reliable with a mesh like inside meant to take the impact from falls. My favorite part is the lip around the screen which is crucial in guarding the screen. The lip and the four corners of the case have grip making it easy to hold and hard to slip.For looks, I have the white iPhone 5C and with the black and gray case, it looks really nice. The phone covers up all the white except for at the ports. The card holding feature makes it thicker but that is a sacrifice I am willing to take for convenience. The card holder is also designed well with one side being open to slide the card in and out. The other side has a partial opening to push the card from the other side.The main problem I have with this case is that the power button is hard to press down. The volume up and down buttons are fine but the power button seems like a struggle. Especially when it is cold outside and your fingers are numb, it's extra hard to press the power button. This is a common problem for a lot of cases and if that is not an issue for you, I would highly recommend buying this case. The looks and the functionality make it worth it.

I've had the case for about 2 weeks now.The Really Good:I would always stick my cards, cash, ID inside my phone case anyway, which tended to result in the eventual demise of my case. So this card case by Speck was perfect for what I needed. It fits exactly 3 cards nicely. I put a fourth card in there once -- getting it out took some time and caused some strange looks from the cashier. The colors are a perfect complement for my white iPhone 5C. I actually like looking at my case everyday.The Sorta Bad:The opening for the power connection is just big enough for the cord that comes with the iPhone, but it won't fit much else. I bought an extra Amazon-brand USB cord (Apple certified and everything), and it's completely useless because it won't fit into my phone with the case on. Be mindful when buying accessories for your iPhone.Once you put the case on, don't expect to easily take it off. I tried to remove the case (to use the above mentioned USB cord), and it caused the plastic backing on my my iPhone 5C to become partially separated from the glass. Thank god it snapped back into place (without any damage that I'm aware of). I don't know if that's a failing of the case, the iPhone, or a little bit of both.One more thing: who else thinks the Speck logo looks like a butthole? I mean, really.

It's a sturdy case. I was surprised after purchasing my iPhone 5C that there aren't many cases out there for this phone. I had an iPhone 4s before with a diary case which held 3 cards like this one. After attempting using a 5 dollar case I got from ebay, I decided to invest in a better/more expensive case. This case gives protection all around the phone including the front by giving some rubber and a small gap when it hits the floor. It is a bit bulky due to the card slots but definitely not as much as otterbox cases. The only reason for a 4 star rating is due to the limited amount of colors available. I have a yellow 5C and you can only view the color of the phone through the functional keys. Overall, I am satisfied especially since it's about 10 bucks cheaper on Amazon than the actual Speck website.

Busy mom of 4 here, I volunteer at the school often and have to sign in with my ID every time. This phone case makes it so nice, I can take just my phone and keys in with me. I also love it for shopping, running errands, and those times you end up somewhere you weren't really planning on going because as long as I have my phone with me I have my ID, my credit card, and just a little cash with me too! The only scary thing would be if I lost my phone - cause I'd lose all that too but luckily that hand happened. I had a different speck card holder case for 3 years before ordering this one. It only fit one card and saved my phoyfrom many drops. I was thrilled to find this one! I love it!

This case is awesome! I have had this for a couple of years and it’s getting a little beat up so I just ordered a replacement! It doesn’t make the buttons or anything on the phone more difficult to access, it’s easy to hold onto, and it has a more grippy rubber around the face if you don’t want it to slide anywhere. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 Star review is that you pretty much have to have 3 cards in it to make sure they are secure. I feel like a single card might slide out during normal use.

I love the quality of this case and that it keeps its promise of holding 3 cards.I love that it protects my phone.But, I don't like the fact that it doesn't fully cover my phone. There is a side where it shows the color of my phone and kind of separates the plastic that is my phone from the display just slightly. I saw another review for this and saw that their charger didn't fit with the case on and was a little weary when buying this, but my charger fits just fine.Other than my little issue, I love this case, and it's not as clunky as the flappy wallet cases I've bought in the past.

Just recieved this case so I haven't even had it for a day yet but so far it appears really sturdy and when dropping it my front seems to be completely protected. This is my first non wallet case because I love to carry my cards and phone together. But I wanted to easily use my phone without having to flip the cover. It fits 3 cards so far, it can carry 4 but it's a little bit harder to take a card out with that many in there. It also isn't the easiest to remove from my phone but I really don't need to do that too much anyways. So far I love it.

It fits 2 cards and is very convenient however it’s too hard to get the cards in and out of the slot.
