My 2 year old loves this toy! He plays with it everyday. He loves building towers on the train. And he recognizes his letters, so we play games where he has to find the letter I ask for and we add it to the train. I may order a second set so we can build words too as he gets older. I highly recommend this toy and have already gifted it to a 1 year old. He loves it too!

I ordered this for my great grandson who absolutely loves it. He has other Mega Bloks than go well with this set also. Love that it may be used to teach him how to spell and learn his alphabet. Would definitely recommend.

Since my son loves trains, I figured this would be a great set for him, and he does love it. My only issue is that the sticker colors don't match the number of each colored pieces in the box, so you need to plan out which stickers you will use for which colored pieces (if you care about the colors matching). Since there is more than 1 alphabet in stickers, with careful planning you might be able to complete a full matching alphabet, but you might not. Stickers have 2 full alphabets plus extra of more common letters so the blocks can be used for making words, but you will need to buy 3 different colored sets (classic, pink, and trendy) to get all the colors you would need to match all the stickers.

My kids love Mega Bloks and I had to get this since my son is train obsessed right now! The colors are as shown, nice and bright! The only thing that I don't like is that I have to put the stickers on myself...but that isn't the end of the world...I just didn't put them on because they were just going to get lost in the sea of 500 other Mega Blok pieces we have.

The idea behind this set is good but I'm not pleased with manufacture quality. Some blocks fit well, some are very loose, so they don't need any force to be mounted and dismounted. The form of blocks is also not good, so there are gaps between pieces when they are mounted.

The trains and blocks are easy to detach and put back together for children. The stickers can come off with repeated use but it's a good way to get them learning letters.
