ClosetMaid 8956 Stackable 31-Inch Vertical Organizer, Espresso

Easy assembly, clean simple design coordinates with rest of my furniture. I have a tiny house where I need to use every inch of space. These shelves fit exactly between 2 pieces of furniture in what could have been lost space. Looks like it was part of the planned design

I was a bit worried by some of the comments about how unsteady and difficult this unit was but was pleased to discover that those negative reviews were exaggerated. I had no problems lining up the screws (hint however is to rub the screws on a bar of soap before screwing them in - makes it lots easer) and i think it's quite sturdy for my use (ballcaps, sweaters, workout clothes etc). I liked the first one so much i bought a second one right after i finished putting the first unit together. As might be expected this unit is held together by 6 screws per side and is made of particle board, so if you have need of a shelf that can support heavy weight you might want to consider spending more. But these shelve are exactly what i needed for extra storage in my walk-in closet and I think they are a really good value.

The assembly parts are very well designed but allow some time to study the instruction pictures closely so you get it right the first time. It takes a bit of time to put together but the end product is very solid and nice looking.

Purchased this to go in my closet. I've got it lying horizontally on an existing shelf. It will be great for folded shorts and pants. Easy to assemble, no issues. Arrived timely and ini good condition. Ii did give 4 stars but because it was because I am using it on the shelf rather than stand and the raw particles board is visible. I will probably buy more.

This was real easy to assemble. I like it and use it in my tiny kitchen for easier access to my kitchen supplies.

That's for sure. Bought two of these to go against the back wall of my closet after putting in the suite symphony (closet maid). These are smaller (it says that, somewhwre) but there also not nearly as sturdy and don't have the same quality of materials.Biggest gripe? Instead of sending screws and anchors to fasten them to the wall with, they send a big screw and say "put it in the stud:." Yeah, that's great, unless your on thw back wall of your closet, good luck finding a stud there. I would not buy these again.

We needed a certain size shelf for a tight spot. It was great to find this shelf. It fit perfectly and is very sturdy.

Shelves went together easily, stacked nicely , and fit as we wanted in our closet. They came carefully packaged for delivery, and in good condition.

Bought two of these shelves to reorganize my coat closet. Sturdy enough to add a short pole for hanging jackets. I used extra brackets to secure them to the wall. Very happy with the end result.
