Using it for a little over a month and it’s pretty good. Very easy to use like opening and closing an umbrella and fits perfectly in my 2007 Toyota RAV4. Measure your windshield from inside before buying!!

At first I did not like how big and flimsy this windshield umbrella is. I did not expect it last. Storing it was also much more complicated than my pop out screens. That said this umbrella does a much better job reflecting light and covering my entire windshield. My car is much cooler using the umbrella compared to the screens. Expanding and collapsing the umbrella is just like a standard umbrella. It is quick and simple. So far I've used this at least twice a day for over a month and expect it last at least another 6 months. West Texas sun can be brutal. With care and in not such an extreme climate I could see this lasting well over 2 years.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased this item each summer, because it keeps breaking. I only use it during the summer and always fold and store it properly for future use. I don't feel like it is sturdy enough because they all broke in the same area. This is $$$ every year.

It didn't fit in either of my vehicles. It's too small for a Honda CRV and the handle prevents it from being used in vehicles with an infotainment screen that rises above the dash.

I love this thing. Doesn’t get in the way like the others. I just store it in my door when not in use. BTW the first one still works I just gave it to my dad

I wanted a sun shade that was like an umbrella after seeing a commercial on TV. When I typed in the make and model of my car, Amazon checked off that this shade would fit my windshield. Ha! In reality, it’s considerably too small. 😡 Luckily this shade fits my husband’s car and his not-as-convenient-to-store shade fits my car. I drive a Kia Sedona and his car is a Kia Sorrento. He loves his new umbrella-like sun shade and I feel robbed. LOL I give Amazon’s automotive suggestions: 2 stars

easy to install but ineffective. doesn’t keep heat out of car, it’s still unbearable to get into my car in bad heat even with this installed while i’m out of the car
