I have no idea how some people have had problems getting the gum out of the tray. Maybe they’re so impatient that they don’t have time to fold the perforated edges and they just smash it against a wall or maybe use a hammer like a chimp.And yes, the packs have an extra layer to seal in the gum, and so long as you have eyes, you can see the tab that lets you take the back foil and paper off. Paper, of which, needs to be there both as a disclaimer as to what kind of gum it is, and also likely to keep it staying fresh.As for the gum, it’s great. It’s a great price, the spearmint flavor is fine, and it’s texture and such are just fine. A lot of people are complaining about how the flavor doesn’t last as if this is trying to be a culinary masterpiece of gum world renown or a delicious distraction from their nicotine addiction.No, this is nicotine gum. People use it to focus, kick cigarettes, or whatever else. This is the brand I use to study and keep focus at work sometimes. Zero years smoking. Goes well with caffeine, fasting, and some light cardio.Don’t eat a feast and then chew the gum, it says so right on the box.

I had never tried anything like this before. I had seen Nicorette but it was expensive and I didn't think it would work anyway. When I saw that this was more affordable I decided to try it.I am still smoking but have managed to replace some of my usual cigarettes with the gum and it has satisfied the craving. I really didn't have high hopes and had a negative attitude about it before trying it ngl.The gum alternates between tasting normal and tasting spicy. At first I thought there was no way it would work out for me but I read someone else's review that said when it gets spicy it is like, releasing the dose of nicotine or something like that and when it gets gross to just sort of stick it under your tongue or along your gums until it gets better. Since I started doing that it has been manageable.I have not had any issues with the gum being hard or stale like some other reviewers, idk maybe they got an old box. Overall, I recommend. I have been smoking for a long long time and the gum really makes me feel like I have a chance at quitting. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you, too.

There are lots of mixed reviews on this product. I bought the Iced Mint and the Tropical fruity one. The Iced mint was the same texture as the usual decent tablet gums. Soft and easy to get into. The tropical was a bit harder. It was probably older product that they had to sell. So when it comes to buying this, understand that there will be sometimes some old batches and more fresh batches. The ice flavor actually reminds me of Polar Ice Mint gum. And on the packaging it says 30 minute use. Which is when the flavor typically goes. And I didn't crave any of my 6mg nicotine pouches all day. Only had 4 pieces of this gum within 12 hours just starting. Everybody is different. But I would say for sure if you don't mind Mint, start with the ice Mint. It is affordable for the 20 piece. And it is a good trial kit to see how you could do.

This is the best gum for not smoking I've every found. I can't stand that name brand gum and it's wacky packaging and high price. If you want to quit smoking, try this Amazon gum and a patch and see how you feel.

Does it's job but not a great flavor.

Bought this to use while I quit vaping. It has a really flavor and has helped a lot. Is cheaper on here than ones from store. Make sure to read instructions on how to use to be as effective as possible
