I have been using this product for many years. Full-strength, it cuts through most any kind of grime, scum, and dirt. Diluted, it makes a powerful cleaner. Follow the instructions and wear gloves -- Mex will strip the oils from your hands and dry them out.

Great stuff
I mix 1cup + 2cups of bleach to clean my deck. Works great. I apply it with a paint roller wait 10 min hit it with a brush. Then power wash rinse.
