These are comfortable to wear. I really like that you can put on the elastic strap to make the loops smaller or larger, to fit any size toes. They seem to be helping my once-broken toe in stretching out the tendons that have made it very hammered. I want to avoid surgery, so for these to be gently pulling the metatarsal back into proper alignment, and thus gently stretching the upper and lower tendons out, seems to gradually be helping. The base is trimable to fit, and is providing good cushioning on the underside for the point where the metatarsal has been striking the ground under the ball of my foot. I have been walking/running almost 7 miles three days a week (to prepare for the Camino de Santiago) and the pain in my foot was growing. Since wearing one of these each time I go, it has stopped that pain, and is straightening the toe out. After wearing, I have to wash the surface with either anti-bacterial soap or wipe off with hand-sanitizer, to keep them from stinking from bacterial growth, and it's working.

This brace works better than the one that only has a loop for a single toe. The double loop helps it stay on straight and puts the support where it's needed. Don't waste your money on the single toe brace. Also, it takes time to stabilize your hammer toe. You have to wear the brace every day for a few weeks.

These fit differently than the others I have ordered. For me there is too much top over hang which makes my socks not fit right. So, I had to cut the top down so it would fit my socks and shoes.

The straps are very uncomfortable - Readjusting did not work.

Very poorly made, they are washable but that isn't needed as it fell apart after the second use.

These work well to keep my deformed 1st and 2nd toes from overlapping but don't seem to be put together very well. When washed (even by hand, very gently) the fabric liner comes loose from the base portion. The price is good on these so I figure I can just replace them when they fall apart. The most I've been able to get out of one is a week and a half.
