So far Im very impressed with this supplement. I usually dont see results so quickly but I must say after just 2 days I felt a difference.I orginally purchased these for my SO. He suffers from gum recession and has a lot of spacing inbetween his teeth. As a results he has a lot of bacteria eating away that is making it worse. He also belches a lot and heartburn and stomach antacids werent helping. While I cant attest to his teeth yet I have noticed he is belching less. As for me, I started using them as well. I suffer from IBS and chronic heartburn. Havent noticed a difference with my IBS but I have felt my heartburn cutting back. I usually take a heartburn pill every other day, I stopped when I started these to see a difference and so far have only had to take my pill once. Id like to note that these results are all based on just a half of packet. I didnt want to overload our systems with a full however I plan on upgrading us to a full packet once we finish these.Taste wise, I think its fine. I mix it in with some water, it dissolves well with a whisk and has a hint of cranberry, very pleasant. We also take it on an empty stomach.Side effects: non so far. The only thing I will say is you may feel slightly nauseous when first starting, I didnt, my SO did, but its normal, you may even use the bathroom more than usual, that just means its working.All in all, Id recommend this product, I already have to my Mom who sufffers from stomach issues like I do. I also appreciate the price - great quailty at an affordable price.

I am satisfied with this product so far. It is helping my stomach when it comes to digesting food. I haven't been taking it that long, so I will keep taking it to see if I continue to see results.

I bought this because I needed an extra boost to my morning green smoothie. I think it worked okay to help digestion and regularity but I noticed that I got a bit of a nervous stomach in the days following using it. When I don't use it the anxious, nervous stomach goes away. I'll try again. Another issue is that there is NO information on whether this contains carbs and sugar. I'd really like to know.

Let me start off by saying: I'm so impressed with this product! First of all, at $10 it's a great value. Secondly, it has a super mellow flavor. It just barely tastes like cherry/pomegranate. It's pretty yummy. But lastly and most importantly, this probiotic VERY VISIBLY improved my skin within the first couple of weeks of use. I've dealt with pesky acne and clogged pores for 15 years (i'm almost 28 y.o.). I've used tons of products over the years and nothing has even touched my pimples but after taking this pro/prebiotic combo once (sometimes twice) a day for the last month, my skin is seriously almost perfect! thank you so much!

Easily dissolved in water bottle and taste is very slight. Most importantly it's the easiest way to get pre and probiotics for a descent price.

After only one week of trying this product I am seeing changes in my daily bm and stomach issues I have been dealing with recently. I've tried several other products but this one works much better.
