I rarely take time to write reviews, and we order a LOT of items from Amazon. I'm an avid baker, and finally gave up on silicon muffin trays. I hesitated for years, because I don't like how bulky 12 muffin tins tend to be. Then I saw these 6 muffin tins. Easier to store, easier to get in and out of the oven, and a lot easier to get the muffins out of the tins when they're small like this. I used them today for the first time and simply tipped the tray outside down over a cloth, shook, and then all fell out.We have the 2 pack of Teamfar cooking sheets (with the tall lips), that I use for roasting veggies and such. As long as you clean them well, they'll continue looking brand new for years. That's why I went with the same brand for muffin tins. I'm now considering getting rid of our aluminum cake pans.Some say that stainless steel doesn't cook as evenly as other metals. I don't find that to be true. And with the 6 muffin tins, I find that being a split tray (6 and 6 for the full dozen), they cook more evenly than a full dozen tray. I also find that adequate oil or butter works really well to keep things from sticking to stainless.These were a home run, and I'm so thankful I treated myself to this set. My only regret is not ordering them sooner.
