Q: Does it need sunlight? if so, how much? I heard putting these in center of house is best, which is a windowless bathroom, would it be ok in there?

They do not need the sunlight but please make sure they have water all the time and temp is above 60 F all the time.

Q: Mine just arrived and there were no care instructions...do I get rid of the "gel" the plant is in?

Please wash out the gel and just put tap water, please make sure they have water all the time and keep them in a warm place.

Q: Is it easy to take care of

Oh gosh yes!! I have had mine for a few years now and don't know how it is even still alive. I am busy and therefore somewhat neglectful and it just keeps on going. I put it in a larger container at one point but that's all.
