Works very well for chopping veg, making dressings,sauces etc. I have been asked several times if it does pastry. It does not have the capacity to make enough pastry in one go. But it could blitz butter into the flour

What a super little food processor from this quality brand Cuisinart, although small it will chop, grind and blend up to 900 ml in seconds. It comes with one blade but that’s all you need so it’s easy to store and looks fab on the kitchen worktop especially without a messy cable. Its in grey and champagne plastic so it looks stylish and lightweight too., It comes with a USB cable and plug and a comprehensive instruction booklet and an illustrated recipe book to give you inspiration, from making tasty dips, desserts and even cocktails! It’s dishwasher safe. It has just two buttons ‘chop’ and ‘grind’ which are perfect for chopping and mixing, the grind button is perfect for harder items like nuts, spices and coffee beans. It’s quieter than expected too though it has a powerful motor. It takes just 15 minutes to charge 115 minutes of use so it’s super quick too. It has a 2 year guarantee. Great, cordless chopper. This has really helped speed up the cooking process at home. We had something similar in the past but we never used it because it was bulky and heavy and you were only able to use it right next to the plug socket.With this, we can use it anywhere. We could do the food prep upstairs if we wanted to as it’s cordless and can be charged. We charge it after every use so we know we can rely on it the next time around. You cannot use it whilst it’s being charged so charging after each use is the best way to have this appliance always ready to go.The unit is not too large and can be stored away easily. If left on a counter-top, its footprint is reasonable and will fit in even in smaller kitchens.Overall, a really nice unit. I like that it is cordless, well-built and really helps speed up the cooking process on a day to day basis. Perfect for when you want to cook something tasty after work but don’t want to spend a long time cooking. Would recommend.

Super easy to use and perfect size plus its cordless making kitchen prep so much easier. Like a lot of people, we have a large food processor that’s hidden at the back of a cupboard or like ours under the stairs and rarely see’s the light of day because its just too big to leave out on our worktop.The mini prep food processor is compact and so much more accessible and easier to store. We use it all the time for chopping onion, blitzing fresh garlic, prepping Sunday veg. Our favourite recipe is Pesto and it’s so quick and easy to make using fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil. You chuck it all in the mini prep and blitz till its smooth. You can then put spoon it out on to a greaseproof paper and roll it like a really thick sausage twisting the ends and freeze it. Then when you want pesto, simple unwrap the greaseproof paper and slice of a piece to use for pasta or chicken. Saves a fortune on buying jars of pesto, especially if you want to make vegan pesto and tastes ten times fresher. So nice.Also, being cordless makes life so much easier. I can now prep on any surface in the kitchen without being tied to a power socket. The 15mins you get from a full charge easily last’s us a week and we use this chopper most nights with whatever veg we have in the fridge.Its super easy to use, just two buttons. Chop and Grind.
