Too soft, contributing to aching wrists after a while
This stuff is too soft. As a result when you put your wrists down, it offers no resistance and the wrists start aching after a while. I found the Keychron wrist-rest to be better compared to this Razer one.

Impractical
It's impractical for most modern keyboards. Its surface sits higher than the keyboard height. That's nowhere near ergonomic. The ones being sold around 500 bucks are more practical than this.
