Everything you never knew you needed
As someone who firmly believes in the law of attraction, I cannot recommend this book enough. There is so much power in Allison’s holistic approach to self care and it is evident that so much time and thought went into the making of this book. Allison makes journaling a really great way to bring calmness and mindfulness to the day and with such ease. Thank you, Allison for helping me start each week on such a positive note!
