I've had a older gel pillow for a long time and loved it. Been looking for a new pillow and this one is doing good so far. Fits nice to rest the head, no neck pain and the gel tends to keep the head cool. If you want a good gel pillow, give this one a try.

The gel is good but the pillow is quite hard. Also the lump where your necks goes is very uncomfortable. I cut it off and that was better. I'm hoping the it will soften up after a lot of use.

I finally wore out my old gel cooling, contoured pillow, and couldn't find another one in local stores. I tried cooling pillows without contour, but realized I really needed both. The price on this one seemed high but I bought it and am glad I did. It's a well-made product and seems like a good investment. It works great for me in all positions. My last pillow was 'colder,' I think, but this one does fine and feels more natural. You can be assured buying this one that you'll get good quality, the expected size, shape and firmness, and no surprises.

This pillow is not cushy or comfortable, don't expect it to cradle your head in a cloud of comfy. What you CAN expect is to wake up with ZERO neck pain. ZERO. None!! I don't understand how exactly it works but I haven't awaken without knots in my neck in 20+ years, until this pillow. It's kind of firm and honestly almost hard, but the surface gel is very cooling and it does slowly form to your head. I sleep really hard, really hot and really heavy, and this pillow is somehow accommodating to all of that. I can't explain it, but I appreciate it! I might see if I can get a thin pad of memory foam to cush it up, because if it were softer it would be heavenly, perfect and 5 stars! Still, 4 stars for the parts that are great.

Bought this pillow for myself and my whole family wanted it! It’s so comfortable and helps keep you cool. I’m pretty sure I will be buying 3 more of these so we can each have our own!

I have been searching for years for the perfect pillow and still can't find it. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and prefer a contoured pillow that is medium firm. The cooling feature is great. I sleep warm and it helps, however, it is uncomfortable. There is no protection over the cooling grid part and it is hard on the face. I am a side sleeper. It is a long pillow and affects your shoulders making it difficult to get in comfortable position. I have been waking up in pain. Returning.

When I first got this pillow, I was hoping it would be different. The next morning, I woke up with no extra pain in my neck and in my shoulders. I have slept really well every night since. I wish I would have found it earlier than what I did. My best friend with a bad neck and back said it was amazing and she is really picky on her pillows.

I was really excited to find this pillow as I need something that supports my neck and can only sleep with a cold pillow. Unfortunately, this pillow does what most other "cooling" pillows do and feel cool for about 5 minutes then quickly the entire pillow heats up to my body temperature, yuck! It is also VERY firm (which other reviewers have mentioned). I'm still stubbornly using it as I paid so much for a dang pillow and my old cooling pillow that actually cools died.
