This hot chocolate mix has a good flavor and dissolves quickly. I prefer to let it sit for at least 10 minutes before I drink it which allows the flavor to be fuller. It also tastes better when I use milk instead of water, but either will work.I also love the rectangle tub. I will be using this to store other things when it is empty and cleaned out. The lid fits a little too lose for real storage but well enough to keep the mix inside fresh.
