Perfect & Clean
Love love love.It is able to get rid of my waterproof mascara (Kissme Heroine Make Japanese mascara) and all of my face makeup effortlessly. However if you use it over your eyes, be careful as it can cloud your vision if it gets in, does not sting or burn but it does get annoying. No smell to this product so great for sensitive skin types, also very moisturizing after usage.

For a natural looking glow!
This cleansing balm is absolute gold! I use it in the morning and follow it with sunscreen, and my skin glows all day. I use it in the evening with another cleanser to soothe. For reference, I have sensitive/dry skin. For the price and quality, this is a keeper.

Esthetic Review
I got this makeup remover balm because another esthetician said she loved it & why. So far it’s works really good to melt makeup away & remove waterproof, hard-to-remove mascara. The only weird thing was the box was dirty & visibly worn. & the protector for the balm looked like it had been removed. I really hope I’m not buying a brand new product & getting a used one.

Amazed even an esthetician
This review is gonna be a long one so strap in!So I have been an esthetician for almost five years now and even before I became one I was obviously very into skincare; so I have tried my fair share of cleansing balms. From Banilla Co, Heimish & Beauty of Joseon to Clinique and Farmacy (to name a few) I have tried cleansing balms from several different countries and I must say I am definitely a snob when it comes to cleansing balms. Here are my basic cleansing balm standards:• Must be able to wash off without residue & without the aid of a washcloth ✔️• Must remove ALL makeup (absolutely no tolerance for raccoon eyes even with the most stubborn waterproof mascara) ✔️• Must come with a spatula to maintain cleanliness (not a deal breaker, but bonus if there is separation between the balm and spatula; which this balm does have) ✔️• Leave little residue in the eyes. I shouldn’t have to blink through oily, blurry eyes for the rest of the night. ✔️• No perfumy smells or added fragrance. This product has a natural earthy smell. ✔️Now obviously the ingredients matter as well so let’s go through a couple:•Ethylexyl Palminate: a typical ingredient in a cleansing balm. This is what turns the oil into a milky substance when water is added that allows the balm to leave no residue behind once washed of. This ingredient is known to be pore clogging, but because it is a first cleanse and we should be using another cleanser to follow it, I have never been overly concerned with this ingredient. I have extremely acne-prone skin and this ingredient in cleansing balms has never broken me or my clients out.• Rapeseed oil, Tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Ivy Guord, Green Tea, Eggplant, Holy Basil, Turmeric, & Moringa Seed Oil: Can you believe I left some ingredients out of this category to make it smaller? These are all varying ingredients that accomplish similar goals: skin condition agents and antioxidant support. Holy basil is also known to have a skin tightening and firming effect. Along with this many of these ingredients help to calm the skin.• Amber Powder: not an ingredient I see very often, but amber is finely ground to create an extremely gentle physical exfoliation.• Lavender & Grapefruit Peel Oil: These are the only two ingredients that MAY cause problems for some people. Keep in mind the grapefruit is the very last ingredient making it almost negligible. But some people who are sensitive may have issues from the lavender. I personally have quite sensitive skin, but have never had issues with essential oils and this balm is no different.• They also put the pH on the packaging. Major bonus points for that.Overall this balm hits all of the marks for a great cleansing balm and at an insanely low price. The ingredient deck blew me away and the product feels amazing on the skin. It is just as good as Korean cleansing balms and at a price most can afford. It washes off with ease, removes all makeup, and doesn’t leave a residue behind. This product is not just “good for the price”; it’s amazing in its own right and the price is just a bonus! Thank you AOA for keeping your prices low all these years. Back in the day I was buying AOA makeup off of ShopMissA and so I can’t say I’m surprised that they’ve done it again with a hit product. The only people I would caution are those with overly sensitive skin and potentially those with a compromised barrier from the lavender, but most will have no issues. I will definitely continue using and recommending this product!!

Great makeup remover
***wife leaving review***Omg I love this stuff! Ive tried many different makeup remover and face washes nothing works as great as this! Normally it takes a few times and a makeup scrub pad to get it off. I did it one layer like it says and my makeup came off in one wash!!!! I will for sure buy this again! Ladies you need this!! My face even feels good after using it. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I gotta spread the news!! I tried to upload a before pic but it wouldn't work. I had eye liner, mascara, eye shadow. Foundation. Blush. It literally melted away!

A fan of this!
Actually removes dirt and grime- other similar products would leave my face dirty and dried out, having significant makeup still removed with a cleansing pad after product use. You can see the product removing the dirt and grime in the rinse water. Gentle on skin and smells great are two additional plus signs, as well as cost!

Effective Makeup Removal But Requires Extra Cleansing
I recently tried the AOA STUDIO Skin Green Tea & Vitamin E Cleansing Balm. While it has some great features, it's not perfect.First, the scent is really pleasant—light and refreshing, with a hint of green tea. It melts nicely into an oil when massaged into the skin, which makes it feel luxurious and soothing. It does a decent job of removing makeup and sunscreen, and I like that it's designed for all skin types, which is great for my combination skin. However, I did find that it left a slightly greasy residue behind after rinsing, which I didn't love. I had to follow up with another cleanser to fully get rid of it, making it a bit more of a hassle than I anticipated for a double cleansing routine. Also, while it doesn’t break me out, I didn’t feel like my skin was super clean after using just this balm. For the price, it’s a decent product, but I wouldn’t say it’s a game-changer. It’s good for everyday use if you don’t mind a little extra effort, but it’s not the most effective cleansing balm I’ve tried. Would I repurchase? Maybe however I'm still on the hunt for something that gives a deeper clean without the residue.
