Rritual Superfoods Lion's Mane Focus Stick Pack, Mushroom Adaptogen Enhanced Elixir (14 Powder Packets)

I’ve never written a review before, but I love these mushrooms! **PRO-TIP: the only downside is the taste, but I mix mine with 2 tablespoons of mixed berry greek yogurt and get it down EASILY!** I started taking the lions mane focus blend because I’ve been having trouble with memory recently, especially working memory. I actually started seeing some pretty big improvements within the first week of taking them! I’m a couple of months in, and my level of cognition is just so much better! I used to forget what I was talking about mid-sentence, and forget little things like what I wanted to pick up at the grocery store, but it was constant and becoming problematic. Now, I have a pretty excellent memory and can remember phone numbers easily and don’t forget the damn butter anymore 😂 I don’t think I’ll ever not be using this as a supplement!

Ritual is an amazing blend of all the perfect ingredients one would want in a hot beverage. My ONLY suggestion would be to add a bit more flavor. The taste could be a bit more bold!

I love mushroom drinks. It can be tolerated enough to drink it but I don't want to. I'm not sure how it will taste in a smoothie but right now, I only give it 3 stars for being a healthy product. I believe healthy organic foods should taste good so my opinion may differ from those who don't agree with that sentiment.

I've tried a lot of mushroom adaptogen powders but this is by far my favorite. The lion's mane helps me focus and stay alert during the day without having to resort to drinking caffeine. I like that this can be blended into any liquid (hot or cold) making it super easy to add to my day. They also offer chaga and reishi versions which I've also tried and love.

This product has made a huge difference in my cognitive and mental health. This product comes blended as pure product and is not mixed with coffee and has a much better price point than its competitor four sigmatic. I love this product. It has improved my focus, got health and has really helped me with depression as well.

I can tell a difference when I’m put on the spot, and can communicate much better. I’m a shroom believer. Taste is actually really good when warmed up. A quick cold mix is ok, but mix well.

I didn’t think it would taste that bad and I actually drink black coffee. Maybe I need to add some honey or something next time. I did feel slightly more focused and awake when I drank it though.

Very impressed! I’ve definitely noticed improved recall and focus, and better mood in general. Will continue to use it.
