Surprisingly sharp, works well
A great tool for making multiple decorations out of fruit with thick rinds. I use mine for watermelon and it leaves a really sharp looking saw tooth design. Seems well made with good quality metal.

Anyone who is interested in professional grade fruit platers should get this- it takes you very few minutes and your guests cannot stop talking about it. This comes from someone that is completely novice to this but loves a great food representation- after all we eat with our eyes first. It is built with the highest quality.
