If the description and content state pH 8.4, then why is it marketed as 'low pH' ?

Solutions with a pH less than 7 are said to be acidic and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are basic or alkaline.

Does anyone know if this water has a negative or positive ORP?

As far as I know, Icelandic Glacial water is very well screened, for bacteria, fungi and other infiltrating deposits (sulfur,lead and other heavy metals). It sells very widely in the USA, Canada, Europe and the Far East. It should be o.k. Although many counties do not use OPR.

Is there chlorine in Icelandic water

I do not know for sure,but it tastes very pure,the best water out.
