These bulbs are a lot better than the ones I had replaced with, the old ones were name brand, but my house is only 3 years old, and 4 out of the 9 CFLs had died, and all of them with blackened base.These bulbs are firmly seated in their base, again, unlike the old ones which were hanging on to the base when I tried to take them out.The toughest part replacing the CFLs of this kind is pulling them out. NEVER attempt to do that! Just turn off the light switch, take out the whole casing from the ceiling (they are spring mounted, so very ease to do), pull the bulb plug with bulb out of the ceiling (assuming the wires are long enough), and use a flat thin screw driver to ply between the seat of the light bulb and the bulb plug. No harm, no fault, definitely easier than the tutorials on YT that use masking tape to the bulb, to prevent the bulb breaks into pieces, and pull the bulb out by wiggling it.Soooo.. replaced all 4 bulbs in 10 minutes and cost less than half of the name brand, on top of that, I still have spares ready for the other 5 junks. I am happy with these bulbs, hope you'll like them too.

This is a great product and at a great price compared to the local big box stores. The quality and pricing are exceptional. I would recommend these to anyone using this type of bulb. Great savings !!

These work well. Quick warm up time (1 min) and the life is pretty good. Sylvania makes the best vs GE and Philips.

Works fine until you have to remove them. Somehow these bulbs are very difficult to remove compared to other brands. I already broke one. Never had an issue before.I am so fed up with this type of bulb that I am going to retrofit to LED.
