This device is very strong. I have been using these LASER. devices for about 3 years. I have experienced many positive feedbacks using them. This is very strong, and has genuine LASER diodes. According to the manufacturer the high frequency of device is more than 1000 nM. The diode was improved. You can feel it gets warm in about 5 seconds and begin to feel that your inflamations are relieved in a short time. Consult experts in the field if you have doubts. I am not giving medical advice here, I am not a MD. These devices are most for inflammation, and can help much, but it all depends on the severity of your conditions.

I have a bad knee and using this 2-3 times a day helps it feel much better. It stopped working after about a month. I contacted the seller, sent a description of the problem with a short video, and they sent me a replacement. I highly recommend this product!

I recently purchased a different device because this one didn't seem to work and I couldn't find just the right battery. The other device came with the same size battery and when I tried it with this device, it worked just fine - it was a battery problem. I'm ordering batteries that come the closest to the ones this came with - slightly different V and Wh hoping that will not present a problem. Just saying the problem might be with the batteries, not the device.

This device is an excellent price, very easy to use, and best of all, it actually has helped everything I've used it on so far. I'm dealing with a meniscus issue in my knee, and it really has helped with the pain. I'm still using it for this as meniscus issues take time to heal. I have used it on an old break on my humorous bone that recently started hurting again, and it relieved that pain in one treatment. My mother has arthritis in one hand, and I did a treatment on her hand and she said it was a little uncomfortable during treatment, but reported that it felt better the next day. I'm currently trying it on some old scars, it seems to be lessening the lines of the scarring... another couple of treatments will be necessary. The product arrived sooner than quoted... So everything about the device and the service and the price has been fully and even beyond my best expectations!

When I bought it was $98, it’s now just over a year later the device will not work at all. I can’t figure out if it’s the charging device broke that’s defective and the batteries are dead or not? Cause the clip broke by snapping so I can’t recharge batteries. Rendering it useless. I emailed and the quality “California based customer service,” said I could purchase a new device on their website. There is no extra replacement charger from my search. Just the Amazon whole kit. That’s pretty bad they can’t send you a new charger when you pay THAT much for a glorified flashlight honestly. It’s about the size of those cheap camp flashlights for kids. I would STRONGLY purchase a different one or a panel device. This died quickly and was inconvenient to charge by having to take the batteries out and place in charger which ultimately broke after maybe 5 uses. Support another worthy seller and do not support this one I warn you. Poor, nonexistent customer service. Also glasses in included were cheapo deluxe. Literally maybe 0.5 cents. Total gimmick.

I ordered this and really liked it. I hadn't used it in a while, though, and when I tried to use it last week, the blue lights wouldn't come on. I contacted the seller, and got a very quick response. They asked a question or two, and said they would send a replacement. I already received it today.UPDATE - it is now just 3 weeks past the window for getting customer support, and on the replacement I had received, AGAIN the blue light part of it quit working. Since this happened on both of them, they must have some sort of design problem with the blue light part of it. So disappointed.

Having had 2 hand surgeries, I was anxious to receive my red light. It came in a wonderful pouch with 2 rechargeable batteries. I was having trouble getting the batteries to charge so I reached out to customer service. Vivian was amazing. She asked me to send her a video so she could see and understand my problem. Within 1 week, I had a whole new device and its working great. I am so grateful to find a company that backs up their products and has such great follow through. I am most satisfied with this product.

Love this product compared to what’s heavily advertised on Amazon.
