Does the job
The colour was beautiful. When I opened the package and tried a pinch, the colour got all over my fingers. SO I opened the plastic wrap and let it dry up for a couple of hours and then the colour didn't stick anymore. The consistency is good enough but a bit on the softer side. I needed a but firmer so I added a little bit of powdered sugar and that did the trick. The taste isn't too bad but isn't that good either. It tastes like sugar mixed with cornflour (which is what fondant is). That is why I don't like covering my cakes with fondant and use it only for decorations. But the taste could be much better. IMO the colourant is altering the taste a bit - not entirely bitter but very slightly synthetic. One thing that I was not happy with is the quality of the colourant used. It is a beautiful colour but the moment it touches water, it will start running and stain everything. SO if you put this on a cold cake, put it in the fridge and take it out or use it humid weather, or use water to stick it to cake or other stuff, it will start running and leaving colour. If you are not careful, it can destroy everything. Please improve the quality of the colourant. Compared to what other stuff is available in the market, it is cheaper and does the job but keep it away from moisture and condensation. I want to support start-up businesses but I can't until the quality of the colourant is improved. If you know how to work with fondant, I would suggest getting the white one and just adding a good quality gel colour and a bit of powdered sugar. It would work much better.

More expensive than buying at local stores
The quality is good but the price is too high.
