Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base broth 8.0 OZ(pack of 6)

This adds a GREAT taste to any seafood dish. I mostly use for my gumbo and get so many compliments on the great taste! Must buy!

As always great flavor profile from this company. It’s a cheat code for taste.

Very good for making Gumbo

If you mean shelf life, it can last awhile my last purchase of 6 lasted about 2 years and a small amount is all you need at any one time.

Love this. I didn’t know they made it for seafood.

Used to buy this in RI and loved! Must of changed formula! Now terrible.

I gotta say, I REALLY love this stuff. A teaspoon of it in a cup, a little half and half, and hot water and you have a quick and tasty snack. Tomorrow, I’ll be making a pot of clam chowder with it. Be careful, it’s salty. A true teaspoon per 8 ounces. The only issue I have is with the packaging, and this seems to be a thing reported in other reviews. I ordered the 4 pack and one of the lids was not tightened from the factory. The paper seals were in place but the lid was loose enough that it leaked all over the other jars and had to be thrown out. Having to throw away 25% of the product really increases the price. But I like it enough to buy it again.

I can’t find this product in our little town. I love this product.

great bouillon. packaging was poor. one bottle came broken. would have bought one but that wasn't an option.

I've been trying to get hold of this for ages. I found it in my local supermarket once- where I think it was stocked accidentally- and I used it for making various shrimp and seafood dishes, but I've not seen it there again. I've looked for it online, but it has always been prohibitively expensive, or the company won't ship to Canada or they charge exorbitant shipping fees. So I was delighted to find it on Amazon at a reasonable price- $41 for three at the time of ordering. This will last me a couple of years of making seafood soups and sauces. It's much less bother than using prawn shells and tastes better than using chicken bouillon- even in a dish like gumbo, which is what I mainly use it for.

Salt bomb. Perhaps this could fool someone who has spent their entire life in Wichita or Saskatchewan, but anyone who's ever tasted seafood would say this ain't it. It doesn't even work as soup stock or chowder base. It definitely doesn't work in pasta, which is how I was convinced to try it.

I just tried this tonight with my Seafood Pasta and it’s delicious.

Item arrived intact and no damage. Best before date on product is acceptable and not short. Product is good. Overall very satisfied.
