I was getting my hardwood floors redone and after sanding them, the contractor pointed out some pet stains in the wood. He said that they can't remove them and suggested we go with very dark stain to cover them up. I said, "I may have a product that will remove those stains." So we saturated the stains with this stuff, let it sit 10 minutes and the stains came out almost completely. The flooring guy was absolutely amazed! He instantly ordered two bottles for himself. He said this was a game changer. And we were able to finish the floor with clear finish.Enzymes consume organic materials and are especially good at consuming animal waste.

I tried this on an old pet stain on off-white carpet. It helped lighten the stain - although it didn't 100% remove it. I believe the stain was too old. This probably works better on fresher stains.

I don’t write reviews. Being an animal lover of all species, especially dogs I have tried almost every cleaner and deodorizer under the sun. I resorted to bleach for the last few years on my floors but after learning bleach only mixes with urine to create ammonia(why animals mark after bleaching a surface) I went on the hunt for a new better product that actually worked! This product actually works. I used the first gallon on dog blankets, walk way rugs, dirty smelly towels, my husbands oil soaked work clothes, scrubbed my kids grunge bath tub & even diluted it to clean my floors with. I couldn’t believe how much better my house has smelled, for days! The laundry I did smelled brand new… this product is the real deal. I can’t believe I found this stuff. I can’t say enough positive things. I bought two gallons to keep on tap. A busy momma & pet parent needs this in her cleaning arsenal!

Gallon of milk escaped the bungee corded fridge in our fifth wheel while en route to a vacation spot 4 hours away. The milk had a chance to swish around on the flooring, mostly vinyl thankfully, but some carpet on slide areas. Milk got under and into the corners, under the slides, and onto the small amount of carpeting. A real mess, and even after clean up, we could smell the sour milk! We tried everything and nothing worked. THIS DID! It took a few treatments, and a few days, but the milk smell is gone, and there is no lingering odor from the treatments. The product doesn’t have a strong scent at all. Great product.

The product itself works great but the bottle and spray nozzle it comes in is horrible. I bought this in March but didn't get a chance to use it until this week. The spray nozzle comes separate and the hose is folded in half. When I tried to unfold it, it looked like it was ready to split in half. The spray nozzle does not screw on tight. I was bringing it upstairs, had it by the neck/handle and the top popped off, the product fell and spilled all over the floor. So, if the packaging was better, I would have given this 5 stars.

I don't usually write Reviews however I Absolutely love this product. I have used half of my gallon and know I will be buying more once the rest is gone. I have tried almost every carpet shampoo solution and none of them have come close to the job this did. I have two puppies that have been a nightmare at potty training and my carpet was in need of a miracle or it was going to have to go. This did a fabulous job at riding my carpet of not only the pee odor and their stains left behind, but a lot of old, set in stains that had been around for awhie . Also, there were no harsh fragrances left behind like most other brands have. I would recommend this to anyone with pets.

This has a very strong orange scent. So, if you are sensitive to scents this will be a problem. I find it to be just on the verge of too much. It hurts my lungs and with too much exposure gives me headaches and makes my nose burn. I'm not sure about its efficacy. I have a young cat who is urine marking territory. No health issues, he's seen the vet. This doesn't seem to affect remarking but honestly that could not be due to the products abilities but my cat's insecurities.
