Very easy to follow instructions and very fast results. I'm not sure why some reviews didn't know you have to pay for the actual test processing. If you've ever done the air test, you know you have to pay for them to test it. It was worth the $35 test price for my piece of mind since my air test was high. I sleep easier knowing my water is safe. The only problem is, the EPA doesn't have the "recommended" level for water like they do for air. You have to do some research and a little math to figure out the actual amount and if its high.

Do not trust these people... This is a SCAM!!!! I purchase this test kit on AUG 21 2013, I found out after opening that I need to pay them additional $90.00 to get both vials tested and get the results back in less than a week. I shipped it back with $90.00 check on AUG 29 2013. They sure cashed the check!!! Today is SEP 10 2013, I still haven't revived any results!!! And I have a feeling I will never get them... Amazon will not help you... they do send the product to your door, its after that you get entrapped. Bottom Line is this - Scam, hidden fee and no results received!!! DO TO BUY!!! Very Unhappy Customer!!!

I ordered this test because I lived in a basement apartment. There was so many issues with that apartment which cause major health issues. Someone told me to order this test. It was easy to perform the test but you have to go online register it first send money with the package and wait for results to be emailed. Overall great product.

If the app does not work for your phone, and you don't get an email from the company, likely something wasn't filled out on their form as well as they would have preferred. You can call the company and they'll send you your results after briefly clarifying the information. Their support staff is friendly and helpful!

Don’t bother with app or web site- legibly fill out paper form and include a completed $40 check with it. Be sure to follow directions and remove aerator & run water 5 min then run into deep clean mixing bowl and dunk glass vials deep into bowl and put cap on under the water. Simple & accurate.

This is nothing more than a scam! I ordered 2 packages. Each came with a separate return address (very odd) and one was $30 processing (lab fee) and the other was $40. I spoke with customer service and besides the lady being very short with me and unprofessional she said there was often a discrepancy in lab fees. This made no sense to me as a $10 difference was way too high. Very weird. Anyway, when I received results our water was at 0 pCi/L. Well, this is is an impossibility as I meticulously followed the instructions in prepping the bottles and there's no way it could have been zero! All water has some radon in it! Also, the second test has not come back yet and it's been 2 weeks. They both were sent at the exact same time and both checks were cashed on the exact same day. Please save your money and invest in a real radon test. Your health is too important. I've learned the hard way … now I'm going to spend the money to get it done correctly!

This product is a SCAM. I followed all directions. When I went to register the product, the website is insecure. That was a red flag. I continued to proceed bc I wanted to know if our water contained radon. Then when you fill out your information, it makes you go round and round where you can not get a registration number in order to turn the test is for results. I’m stuck with this test that I can not use bc of the website. I’m scared of all my personal information that was probably taken while I wasted my time going round and round with it. I Hope this prevents others for wasting money like I did. I’m not able to return it because I’m just now getting to perform the directions and I bought it in December. Thank you Pro-Lab for NOTHING!

Other than Amazon's usual quick delivery, everything else is awful; their web site via PC for registering does not work and by the reviews has not worked for a very long time and they do not seem to care... I was able to get a registration number by going on the site with my Android phone and I got an email confirmation with a registration number... an 8 digit registration number... and when you try and inquire using the number you get an error saying you need a 9 digit number, even adding a leading or trailing 0 does not work... their web site is not secure and you are left with writing down your credit card information in tiny boxes on the card to return with your samples or paying for money order... I did read the reviews before ordering and knew it was risky but I tried anyway... Sent on Feb 22nd... and as of Mar18th still nothing should have bought lottery tickets instead... waste of money and big waste of time

This is not do it yourself like the ad says. You have to send it in and pay more money. This is a complete bait and switch.

Worked, but t was a bit confusing as to the time/date required. results were returned fast. Quite a spread between the two samples.
