Bodyprox Ankle Support Brace Neoprene Sleeve, Adjustable Wrap has made a huge difference in 3 days!
This breathable Bodyprox ankle brace has a hole where the heel goes, easing the heel issues I was having with a re-occurring plantar issue of medium/high intensity. I was unable to walk much and had lots of discomfort so I bought this. Right away, I could do some of my normal tasks because it supported my foot, heel and arch, which helps. I sat more than usual to rest it and did my plantar exercises. The next day, I wore the brace again and did the yard work I needed to get done for a deadline! I was on it for 3 hours, doing vigorous work. WOW! Not sweaty in my boot. It impressed me. That night I wore a new night splint for plantar and today I could do most of my exercise class that didn't require lots of standing. I'm going grocery shopping now. Both devices seem to help in combination (brace by day, right angle splint by night for 3-4 hours.)I got a medium rather than going up another size (I have an 8D (wide) flat foot.) It would have been too big for my small bone structure. The brace is already just a tad big for me.I set my priority for healing and pain reduction, so I gave this 5 stars. The drawback is the complex directions which allow you to individualize for YOUR foot. I copied the picture and printed it enlarged. I then wrote down on each photo which flap went first. This 3rd day of use, it was pretty easy to put on.1st photo: sit with leg at a right angle from the foot and push the heel in the hole, comfy; the small label is on the left back side.2nd photo, The foot: There is 1 smaller flap on each of the front pieces. Put the right smaller front flap OVER the left (ie: the left smaller flap goes on the foot and then the smaller right one secures it on top without big gaps on the side. Play with this).3rd photo, the ankle: Left flap goes over the right one on the ankle to secure it (ie: put the right flap over the ankle and secure it with the left).4th photo, the foot to ankle: Left over right (ie: put the right one on the ankle and secure it with the left.) You need to pull these upwards on a diagonal to really support the arch. I think this is crucial! It's worth my time to do it right because it helps so much. I used the labelled photos to mark each brace flap on the top with consecutive numbers 1-6 in silver metallic permanent marker. It's so easy! Play around with how tight you like it, figure out how to make the side gaps minimal so it doesn't rub, and how high to do the last flaps. Take the time; it'll bring relief. I'm going to buy another so I can wash it more easily. I hope your plantar or other issue is helped by this too.

Foot brace. Ankle support.
I wore this brace for 6 months instead of the clunky brace my doctor wanted me to wear. The brace held up well. It felt good and was easy to put on myself. And my stretched ligament is well now. I like this brace.

Comfortable and Supportive Ankle Brace
This brace was a lifesaver when I recently twisted my ankle. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to put on, and gives great support without feeling too bulky. I was able to move around with more confidence while still protecting my ankle as it healed. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra ankle stability.

Not the best ankle support
Looks good quality but…..- I have an ankle sprain I got it for. I feel like my crepe bandage give me more “support” than it during walking as well as during resting up on couch.- Also, the brace is big for me… probably that is why I feel less support? Idk. I’m a size 6 women’s with narrow feet.- it wraps around the foot and makes it BIG. So, I haven’t been able to wear my shoes or regular sandals with it. Only open-toed slipper or very malleable samples fit with itOne thing tho, with sufficient clothing on the legs you can kind of hide it, ‘coz then other people are not staring at you when walking- pitying you or just staring when you walk weirdly with a sprain. Probably won’t matter to others but I’ve been getting a lot of stares with my slow walk and that makes me conscious lol.

Firm ankle support in a simple elegant design.
really like this ankle brace. nice simple elegant design. snug it up and it feels great - provides just the right amount of additional support. Not rigid but firm.

Good quality brace
My 9-year-old son recently sprained his ankle, and this brace has been extremely helpful. He has a small foot, but the adjustable straps tighten just right to give him the support he needs without being uncomfortable. He says it feels good to wear, even when walking around the house. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality—it's well-made and feels durable, especially for the price. Highly recommend for kids who need solid ankle support in a smaller size, but I also believe this is adjustable enough to fit a much larger foot!
