Unfortunately it arrived in the UK with a US plug. I used Amazon chatbot to solve it and I have to say they were very good and efficient. Shame because it seems to be a good product.

Arrived with an American 2 pin plug!! Had to buy an adapter.

Supplied with US plug on charger. Have ordered adapter but this was a gift and has caused embarrassment for the recipient and myself. The description should make it clear that an adapter also needs to be purchased

Couldn't use this as it came with a USA 2 pin plug. Total waste of time.

Looks like very cheap vacuum, they send me American plug-in (I live in uk) you don’t know when is charging , charging base is very cheap.

not tried this yet because it comes with a 2 pronged plug charger no where does it say you need an adapter for it to work in UK.

Came with American plug and was 110v

I purchased a much more expensive mini vacuum and returned it - this one works so much better. Good for a quick clean up after pets.

J'ai reçu le produit Black et Decker avec une fiche électrique USA. Le contact du fournisseur m'a écrit qu'il fallait que je me fournisse un adaptateur car c'est un produit d'importation USA, pourtant fabriqué en chine ! Il n'y a aucune information de cette précision dans la description, ce qui est condamnable. Je ne comprend pas les notes des acheteurs Amazon ! Un adaptateur serait le bien venu, mais surtout que les clients soient informés, comment ont fait les autres si ils sont comme moi ? Un adaptateur français lui coûterais même pas deux euro !

Wasn't sure what to expect for $20 but was pleasantly surprised. I had recently given up on the red Dirt Devil 15.6V due to plummeting quality due to battery issues. The B&D feels light and inexpensive but it works great! Decent vacuum for daily dirt pickups, lightweight and easy to use. The best part is it has a wall-mounted charging station which, these days, is increasingly hard to find. No charging light but it works and I don't really think about it anymore. If you want a powerhouse handvac or need a power button that locks ON, or need a charging light, then this is not it. Otherwise, for light use ,it is awesomeness for a price. Long term battery/charger performance is an unknown.

Mine arrived today. It came fully assembled (except for attachments) and with enough charge to test it out right away. I used it to clean up a little cat food kibble spill and some small debris on the kitchen floor. It worked really well! It has more power than I thought it would and did not struggle at all with the cat kibble and handily got the debris. I have a powerful, corded hand vac, but I wanted something that was cordless and always ready for the little daily messes that I don't want to drag my big vac or my corded hand vac out to handle. My vision was to be able to snatch my cordless vac, run around and suck up any little strays that catch my eye, and then snap it back on the wall. This is totally going to do that for me! It is lightweight, easy to use, completely intuitive design. Definitely recommend for quick pick up of minor messes. Obviously, it's not going to handle big jobs, but I'm a big believer in the right tool for the job and this is my "hit it and quit it" vac for the easiest possible light mess clean up.
