Great spices for grilling burgers! One of our family favorites.

I have ordered this spice several times and love it. I mostly use it when I smoke brisket, and always get compliments on how good it is. I make sure to always have it on hand and plan to try it on burgers next! Very good - highly recommended.

Has good flavor!

A local store carried this for quite a while, but stopped carrying it a few months back. This is THE seasoning for salmon in our house. I glaze the salmon with a maple syrup, coat heavily with this (and occasionally dust with a bit of mesquite spice blend with smoked salt and dried onion), then broil. Fantastic every time. It’s good on other stuff, too, but I bought I specifically for this.

I bought this thinking it sounded good, but when trying it in the normal ways (as a rub on different meats, adding to sauces or salads) it was a dud. Then, I used it to fake an aioli. Super difficult: I added it to Miracle Whip until it no longer tasted like Miracle Whip. Now, the family no longer wants to get burgers out. Not even from the expensive places. They just want this on a ciabatta with a press-meat burger patty. It is that good.

II have used this rub on chicken and pork. It has a great flavor. I can hardly wait to try it on beef.

Bought this rub along with a Big Green Egg rub that I had used before. I used the Maple rub on skirt steak and it was very flavorful. Will try it on a beercan chicken tonight.
