So far I am very happy with the soap dish. My soap sits on the dish without slipping around and accumulated water drains right into the sink. Good value for the money.

These are the BEST soap holders I have ever had. I'm around seventy, and taken lots of baths and showers. My soaps bars have always slid out of almost every holder I have put them in. The worst part is the bending in the shower, the shampoo getting in your eyes, can't see, feeling around to find the soap and coming up empty handed. I don't like pump bottles for the shower, because they always grow some little blob at the spout, some don't fit in the space allotted for a bar, then when you're done, you have to (should) wipe off the pump container, or that little blob won't grow while you sleep. This little guy keeps your soap drier, and the soap doesn't slip out, or sit in water. No mess. No additional cleaning, holds almost any size bar, and will work with any "lipless" laundry tub, built in shampoo holder in the shower, or, kitchen sink. You will LOVE this product. I've already sent another pair (comes two in a package) to a friend. It's nice when something affordable does what it says it will do. The design of the humble soap dish is elevated here, as is the soap! It almost looks like a tiny easel. I like the way the soap sits up, making it easy to grab when showering and ensuring that the soap itself stays clear of soap scum. I chose the grey, which looks nice with my brushed nickel fixtures. Never thought I'd think about coordinating a soap dish with my decor, but it does, so that's a nice bonus. Well-priced and attractive, this dish also gets high marks for functionality.

I like that these let the soap bars dry and not sit in slimy water, but they get moldy very fastI clean them regularly, but one I just could not get the mold off, had to toss it

Easy to clean, drains well. No complaints and would recommend.

I bought this because my Dr. Squatch Soap Saver was an abomination. This cleans easily and doesn’t stick to the soap. It’s large enough to fit my Duke Cannon Soap with minimal to no overhang off the sides. Great value for the money.

These are inexpensive and work well. They hold the soap and keep it from slipping into the sink and they do a very good job keeping the soap from sitting in a pool of water - and best yet, they drain very well right into the sink -- just make sure to position the holder near the edge of the sink basin.I've used another style of supposedly self-draining soap dish that is more bowl-like with a little downspout but those do not work as well and can end up holding water. I'd recommend this style over those.

Perhaps there are reviews on this product that I did not see on an immediate problem once you place a bar of soap on it. I use Caswell Massey (great soap) oval shape soap. When new it is a large size bar soap. My first problem was the bar would not stay on the holder for the soap is round on the back size. Second problem the holder slides with even a small amount of water under the holder. My first thought was that this is not working at all. However, I came up with the idea of cutting the soap in half long way with a gentle back and forth movement. Caswell Massey soap cuts perfectly. Then I placed 1 half on one holder, and the other half on the other holder. Now the back is flat on the back side and the soap stays placed without sliding off, and does not ruin the appearance of the soap. Just watch for any water build-up under the holder. I am pleased with my idea. The size of the holder and shape is attractive, but alterations were necessary for me to keep the product.
