I bought the 10 devices, 3 years Bitdefender code. When I tried to put the code straight inside my existing Bitdefender app inside my mobile, it didn't accept and didn't work. The code worked when I logged into my Bitdefender central website through browser and entered the code inside the subscription tab.The trick is that, you have to delete your existing expired or soon expiring subscription from your mobile and reinstall the Bitdefender app again after activating your code through Bitdefender central website. I understand it didn't work for some reviewers because they did the same mistake what I made initially. The seller might have solved the issue if I contacted him, but I didn't because I figured that out fortunately on my own.This is definitely a bang for your buck, coz this 3 year 10 devices code is very expensive on Bitdefender website.This code is Authentic and easy to install if you know what to do.As a long term user of Bitdefender (more than 10 years) I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and fast antivirus in the market.

I'm using it for the first time on recommendation of someone else with much long experience. They like it for working without slowing down the system, which I could feel too (comparing with Quick Heal Total Security which it replaced).Pros:1) Far cheaper than QHTS. The 10-device Family Pack costs about Rs.180/- per devicd for 1year.2) Really lighter on system.3) Some major options on individual devices can be controlled centrally from the Bitdefender Central account, which is a great feature.4) Is easy to use.Cons:1) Activation confusion. The Bitdefender Central account is a new type and is different from the Bitdefender (regular, or older) account. This caused a great confusion while activating, and took more than half a day to figure this out. New users won't be affected as they would have a single (only central) account. But those who have an existing regular account may get frustrated upto the point of giving up due to this!2) Installation wasn't smooth. Though the DVD gives option to install from cd/dvd and update later, it didn't succeed (looked like frozen) on Windows 10, when letting the installer remove the already installed Quick Heal. It succeeded only after a manual restart after Quick Heal removal (wasn't prompted), then downloading the latest version (despite having chosen "install from cd/dvd") which started the actual installation. It went smooth on other win10 systems when Quick Heal was removed manually beforehand.3) Minimum requirement includes Windows 7 SP1, but the activation window was blank on the same. Appeared correctly only after installing latest updates for Windows7.4) Ransomware protection seems to be disabled by default (noticed on a Windows 7 system).Bottomline: So far appears to be light and good, but installer and defaults should be improved.

Used this to successfully extend an existing subscription of 3 years 10 devices, which is set to expire in 2 weeks, covering 5 Android Mobiles, 2 Android Tablets, 2 Windows laptops, 1 Windows desktop of my joint family.

Its a complete cost effective superb package. Highly recommend

The activation code provided is not working on any of my devices. Reported and requested for resolution of the issue and, if not, cancellation of the order and provide refund. Have not received any response yet. Still hopeful that the issue will be satisfactorily resolved.

Bit Defender has always been a good antivirus.Pros:-1. The auto pilot function is new and good.2. The tune up function.3. Very light in the system.Cons:-1. I had ordered 10 user pack, unlike McAfee this antivirus doesn't activate with a single email. So I require 10 different IDs to activate.

Been using Bitdefender Total Security from 2010. Still the best antivirus.
