Not cheap but they worked
These tablets aren't cheap and taking two a day means this supplement will last you a month, the tablets are pretty big and providing you can get them down they are supposed to help improve mood and well being. Always the cynic I was pleasantly surprised I think they worked.

Maybe beneficial but not detrimental
As always, it is very difficult if not impossible to assess the efficacy of any health supplement, especially in the short-term. I have been taking two capsules a day for about two weeks, and to be honest, so far, I can’t report any major benefit other than a slight uplift in mood and energy, but that could also be co-incidence, or even ‘wishful thinking’. However, what I can say for sure is that I have not experienced any undesirable or detrimental effects from taking this supplement, and I have no reason to believe that the ingredients are anything other than beneficial and of high quality. The quite large capsules maybe an issue for some, though personally I had no trouble swallowing them and I could not detect any discernible taste. My only albeit minor complaint, is that some of the the labelling uses tiny black lettering on a dark blue background which makes it very difficult to read the information.

Need to be careful with this in my opinion - but it is very intruiguing!
Firstly, I am very intrigued by this supplement - I always recommend doing good research first and ensuring that the product is right for you and that you have no contra-indications (reasons to not take) to the ingredients listed.Have I had a bit more energy taking it? I think I might have actually.I am also intrigued by the way the composition appears to be natural as it states. I can find no evidence of fillers or nonsense added. The labelling I received on mine was pretty diabolical and quite hard to read. I also find it odd that there's not content per capsule for the nutritional values.I suspect it's because it's fairly minimal. (1000mg per capsule, 100g nutritional values, with some combined measured by capsule).Of course, that doesn't mean it's not effective. The capsules are a larger size as well, but as it mentions you can split and add them to something else. I take them directly and have been OK with it.The capsules smell like dried cumin or perhaps sage in a way. It isn't unpleasant though. And I have had no unpleasant after-effects that I've noticed. It's not cheap at £29.99 for 60, and you can take two to three a day.Overall, I have to give this four stars. For five I'd like to see:1. More consistent dosage on the label to it's easier to understand what you're taking.2. A better quality label that's easier to read.3. A slightly lower cost - if you're spending £30 and taking 3 a day, that's a 20-day supply only.FOUR STARS.⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Energy boosting
These tablets work well in that they energise the body. They smell very natural and they have no horrible aftertaste. They are quite big capsules but are not particularly difficult to swallow. They have over 20 natural pure ingredients making them exceptional quality. They are also vegan friendly too. The price is acceptable considering what you get and the quality of this product. I haven't seen any progress in my hair loss but time will tell so I will update later.

Big Capsules.
The capsules come ina screwtop bottle and I was surprised when I first opened it. They are about the biggest capsules I have ever taken. My friend called them horse pills. The dosage is two capsules daily so the bottle will last thirty days. I think that makes them quite expensive.Once you've got over the gulp, the capsules have no taste nor any perceptible after taste. I couldn't take them with water but have to take them literally with food (a mouthful of my sandwich). I'm hoping they will help my lazy thyroid. So far I have not felt any worse and my mood has been a little lighter than usual. I am still, in the vulgar vernacular, gobsmacked at the size.

Going to go with just above average
The media could not be loaded. I feel it doing something but its not good enough, it doesn't give me energy the quantity might be off or dosage is too weak if you need to take 3 capsules the dosage must surely be too weak and therefore the value for money at 60 capsules is just wasted for 30 quid. I personally wouldn't pay 30 quid for a product that last maybe 2 weeks or less 2-3 capsules with meals preferably. This means upto 3x per day if you have 3 meals a day. Think about the loss in just 1 week. You can either take it with capsules or take the capsules out and pour the powder mix with liquid and drink. The reason of my review aside from the poor value for money, is the fact there is no ingredient list for the capsules themselves should you decide to injest the capsules too what are you injesting exactly? It does taste and smell like those ingredients however. I'm going with the guess the capsules are made out of Microcrystalline cellulose or could be gelatin hard shells, so is it from animal origin or cellulose based doesn't say, It states vegan so my guess is cellulose based capsule.
