No liners in tires
Everything dealing with ordering and getting my Trike was great. The customer service was more than I expected. They checked with me several times making sure things were in order. The trike is fun to ride. However the second time I rode it, I got a flat tire. The flat was the left rear so, I I was able to walk it home and then to a nearby bike shop where they fixed it and, I had them put liners in all the tires. The flat was caused by a thorn, and I was riding on paved roads. Unlucky I guess. I am riding again and all is good, I recommend when u get the bike that you get liners in as soon as you can. I’m very happy with the bike. It looks great, I got the white one with the white sidewalls.

REAL SCOOTER TRAMPS NEVER DIE, NOR DO THEY FADE AWAY !!!
I've been riding one thing or another since I'm 8 years old, Being 60 and somewhat Handicapped, and having to "downsize" a bit is Humbling. This trike is alot of fun very "peppy" and an absolute EYE CATCHER If you don't have many friends you will after being seen riding this. couple things I've noticed to make Handling and keeping the front "motor wheel" from spinning out from a dead stop, LOWER THE TIRE PRSSURE, in fact if your mostly riding Black top, lower the pressure in all three wheels it softens the ride and helps with turning. only other thing i'd like to see is a "posi rear" or AWD and a break lever lock (MAYBE NEXT YEAR) LOL, iF YOUR HIPS or walking ability is at all compromised this will help you recover much moreso then a medical devise plus give you much of your independence back. The people at ADDMOTOR are attentive to your particular needs and reasonable requests and I thank them for working with me and going above and beyond to make this tremendious investment...'

Better than Expected
Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Packaging was rock solid. The assembly instructions didn't have enough detail for a couple of the assembly steps, even though I have owned many recumbent bikes and am pretty good with a wrench. The adjustable seat is quite comfortable. It has a big battery that gets the distance claimed by Addmotor. The motor is part of the front tire and a bit light, in that the tire will spin a bit if starting from a stop going up hill or if you hit the throttle to hard. The Shimano thumb shifter works flawlessly, but I would liked the gearing such that I don't have to pedal so fast at higher speeds. Very well constructed but heavy. Disc brakes are a big plus. The rear cargo 'box' is huge. If you have never ridden a trike before, it doesn't corner very well, like a two wheeled bike would because you can lean the bike to make a turn. The trike stays flat. The Kenda tires are perfect for this beast. Being a trike, you don't have to put your feet down when you stop. This is a Class 2 trike. That means you can just pedal, or just use the battery, or pedal and use the battery at the same time - pedal assist mode. A Class 1 bike will only let you use the battery when you are pedaling. The display has tons of features. I kept the instruction manual with me for reference purposes. I highly recommend this Addmotor trike. I find the semi-recumbent riding position much more comfortable than with the pedals straight down. Oh, on my fourth ride the bike 'died' - no power and an #30 error code on the display. I contacted Addmotor and the next day they sent me a trouble shooting guide to narrow down the issue. It turned out to be either the controller or the display. Addmotor sent me a FedEx prepaid shipping label and I sent them the controller and the display. The day after they received it, they notified me that the controller was bad. They shipped back the display and a replacement controller. No more error codes and the trike now works as it should - excellent customer service!

Overall a nice trike.
Overall the trike has been really good so far, I’ve had it for almost a month. The trike has performed really well. The only complaint I have is on the tires, 4 star. For fat tires they are really thin, does not seem to be made for dirt roads. I’ve had to repair both rear tube and will need to be replacing tires or finding an insert that protects tube, $3k trike should have better tires I would think.

It's not a life saver for me but it IS a Game Changer!
I just got my trike yesterday. I have a spinal cord injury so I need three wheels and the motor assist is so SO DREAMY! It took me all day to put it all together, mostly because my right hand is quite crippled and it makes it extremely difficult to work with small nuts and bolts. So by the time I was finished with assembly it was dark outside. I rode it anyway! The lights are so BRIGHT! I am so happy and excited to go for another ride! THANK YOU!!!
