I previously shared mixed (good + bad) review because my first Ozeino Gaming Headset, although technically impressive, broke within two months. The sound quality, 7.1 surround experience, and noise‑canceling mic were great — but the durability was disappointing. Ozeino reached out immediately and listened to the issues and I think you have made some improvement. Because later on I got another headset, and I’m genuinely impressed with this new unit. The build quality feels much stronger, the materials are clearly improved, and the performance is outstanding. The audio is crisp, the bass is deeper, and the mic clarity is even better than before. I’ve been using it across PC, PS4/PS5, and Xbox, and the experience has been smooth and immersive on every platform. Most importantly, their customer support — especially Lisa — has been exceptional. She responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and made sure I received a replacement without any hassle. Her dedication alone deserves a special mention. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the new headset and the support I received. A solid 5‑star experience.

Bought these for my kids to use with an old PC I set up for them. They love them. Sounds great, with 3 girls (9-11) they have held up and dont even show a sign of wear. They light up which makes the kids really happy

I bought two of these headsets, one for me and one for my son. I was excited about using these, and when they arrived, we immediately tried them out. They are very comfortable to wear and the sound quality is great! Everything in game sounds amazing through the headset. The mics work as they should, but there is a catch. These are wired, so they are plug and play through the AUX jack, which should be fine with any controller, and while everything was fine with my son's setup on a official Sony controller, the mic would not work on my third party controller. My third party controllers are nothing special, just ones that I bought here on Amazon that have Hall Effect Sticks and back buttons. My main controller will allow sound to play through them, but nothing comes through the mic. I have other headsets that work fine with my controller. To test the mic on my headset, I plugged it into my son's controller, and it worked as it should. I really like this headset, as it seems durable, its comfortable and it sounds great. I'm just bummed that it will not work on my controllers that I prefer to use. I recently bought my son a new controller that is a different brand to what I have, and we have not yet tested the headset on that controller, so I will update this review if it an issue with my controller specifically.

What I like It just works. I plug it in, it works. I have done this a dozen times over the past year and a half. I have not had a single connection drop, audio issue, or mic failure. For a budget headset, that is the most important feature. Corded, no batteries. I do not want another thing to charge. The headset does not need to be charged. It draws power through the 3.5 mm jack. That is honest. The mic is acceptable for in-game chat. I have used it a handful of times. People heard me. The mic is on a flip arm and mutes when flipped up. Easier than digging through menus to find a mute button. The price is low. $29.99 list. Often lower on sale. Cheaper than the name-brand headsets in the same shape. For the once-a-month gamer, that is the right price to pay. The color matches Xbox. Green-and-black matches the Xbox aesthetic. The headset looks like it belongs next to the console. There are other color options if green is not the one. The build has held up. A year and a half of monthly use is not the same as daily use, but the headset has not fallen apart. The cable has not frayed. The mic arm still flips. The earcup padding is intact. The 3.5 mm jack is universal. The headset works with anything that has a 3.5 mm headset port. Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, mobile devices, PC. The 1-to-2 adapter is the extra piece for split-jack PCs. I do not use the adapter for my use case, but it is in the box if I need it. It is light, given the bulk. Despite the bulky shape, the headset is comfortable enough for a long single session. The headband does not clamp. The earcups are soft. Once on, the headset does its job. What annoys me It is bulky. The earcups are large. The headband is large. The plastic is light but the shape is bigger than it needs to be. If you wear glasses, the earcups may sit on top of your arms and get uncomfortable. If you want a smaller, lighter headset, this is not it. The 7.1 surround sound is more marketing than physics. I cannot hear a difference between the 7.1 setting and stereo on this headset. Either there is software-based virtualization in the cable that I am not noticing, or the headset just plays stereo. A budget headset does not have seven speakers in it. The label is on the box. The RGB lighting cannot be turned off. The green RGB under the earcups is always on when the headset is plugged in. There is no button on the headset to disable the lighting. If you do not want a glow on your headset, that is something to be aware of. It is not a deep complaint — the glow is mild and matches the color theme — but it is a feature that has no off switch. The cable is not detachable. If the cable frays or breaks, the headset is trash. The cable is not a USB cable you can swap. For a budget headset, that is a tradeoff. I would rather have a removable cable, but this is the price point. It is a budget audio experience. The audio works. The audio is acceptable. The audio is not high fidelity. If you are an audiophile, you already know this headset is not for you. If you want a gaming headset that gets the sound to your ears at the right volume, this is fine. The mic does not detach. It flips up to mute. It does not detach. That means the headset always has a mic sticking out when plugged in. If you do not use voice chat, the mic arm is in the way. The listing emphasizes 7.1 surround sound. Listing cares about the marketing line. The headset does not deliver real 7.1. I would have written the listing differently if I were Ozeino. I am not Ozeino. I am not sure what the difference is between this and the other two or three Ozeino headsets on the market. The brand has multiple similar-looking headsets in this price range. The one I bought is the one this listing describes. I am not reviewing the others. Who it is for, and who should skip it If you want a cheap corded headset for an Xbox or PC, this is a decent option. The headset has survived a year and a half of use at my place. It works every time I plug it in. The price is low. The color matches Xbox. Those are the right things for an occasional gamer. If you want studio-quality audio, this is not the headset. There is no headset at this price that is studio-quality audio. You will need to spend more. If you want a wireless headset, look elsewhere. Wireless is a different category. This headset is corded by design. If you wear glasses and use a gaming headset for several hours at a time, try a slimmer headset. The Ozeino earcups are bulky enough to be a problem over a long session if the earcups sit on top of your glasses arms. If you care about RGB lighting as a configurable feature, look elsewhere. The RGB on this headset is on or off based on whether it is plugged in. There is no pattern toggle. There is no color toggle. There is no off switch.

Short ass usb cable. (Having to buy usb extension cable). I dont like how short the 3.5mm cord is too. The design is weird. The microphone light is a no go for me as well. Just personal preference. Seen some TB recon 200s for the same price. Im go that route. (I should of read the description not just the reviews) If you play close to your tv or monitor these would work great. I play on a 85” across the room…cheers!

Only a 4 star, because I haven't tried the mic. The headphones are very comfortable and the sound is fantastic. It gets a 5 star

Bon casque qui fait le job tant pour le son que pour le micro. Le rapport qualité-prix est au rendez-vous. Par contre, le branchement pour la couleur est anecdotique.

Hanno un filo lungo circa 1,5 metri, ed hanno all'uscita della cuffia una bella gomma di circa 2 Cm intagliata in modo da flettere facilmente per proteggere il filo all'attaccatura. Sono dotate di un controller con sopra un regolatore del Volume di Ascolto e di un tasto per disattivare totalmente il microfono qualora fosse necessario. Si connettono tramite un jack da 3,5 mm per trasmettere audio in uscita e in entrata, e di una presa USB, ma quest'ultima serve solo per alimentare le luci RGB poste sui lati delle cuffie. È possibile regolarle in lunghezza, di circa 2 Cm ma io non ho avuto bisogno di allungarle pur essendo un Adulto. Il microfono ha una regolazione di 120° ed ha la funzione di riduzione del rumore, le cuffie invece hanno una buona imbottitura molto soffice, che ricopre bene l'orecchio garantendo un suono tridimensionale e chiaro, riducendo il rumore dell' 85%, ed hanno un imbottitura morbida anche nella parte che va sopra la testa, garantendo un buon confort. Il filo è telato, e risulta molto bello e piacevole al tatto, e cosa importantissima, si streccia molto facilmente ! Il Cavetto Adattatore serve per collegarlo al PC, il jack delle cuffie si collega al cavetto, che a sua volta si sdoppia per andare uno nella presa del microfono e uno nella presa degli altoparlanti. Queste Cuffie, sono "Made in China" e rispettano varie regole di sicurezza e determinate caratteristiche costruttive, in primis troviamo il conosciutissimo marchio CE, poi il marchio FCC, che si trova su prodotti fabbricati o venduti negli Stati Uniti (deriva dall'inglese "Federal Communications Commission") e certifica che l'interferenza elettromagnetica sviluppata dal dispositivo rispetta i limiti approvati dalla Commissione Federale per le Comunicazioni, poi il Marchio RoHs, dall'inglese "Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive", tale normativa impone restrizioni sull'uso di determinate sostanze pericolose nella costruzione di vari tipi di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche. In conclusione posso dire che questa Cuffia è veramente un buon prodotto, è molto comoda e sembra anche molto resistente, ha un illuminazione molto gradevole attaccando la presa USB, e cosa più importante è il suono hanno veramente un bel suono pulito. 💰💰 Al momento della recensione il costo e' di 24,29 €, e rispetto a quanto sopra detto posso dire che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è Più Che BUONO.
