It WORKS!

I tried a cheaper version from ebay and it did not have enough amps. I was getting audio distortion and other odd issues. This one cured all those issues.

Having read negative reviews of similar products, I was wary about finding a power supply for my Sega Genesis model MK-1601. This charger seemed like one of the safer bets, and I'm glad to say I was right. The supply works like a charm with my system. If you need a charger for the MK-1601, buy this one.
