I was so upset when mine broke on my percolator. I thought I had to buy a new one, but after looking it up on Amazon, I found this and it fit perfect. I love that I get too so I have a back up option.This one seems to be a little bit thicker and more durable than the original one that came with my percolator. I had absolutely no problems with leakage and the value you get for two of them is awesome.

I have a Coleman percolator and the glass was very thin. I knew it was only a matter of time before it broke. I use it for my every day coffee on the stove. Well we went for a snow hike and brought it along, sure enough the moment it started to perc, the hot liquid on the glass knob broke it right in 2. I ordered these and right away I knew they were quality. They were heavier, and thicker. They screwed right into the lid and fit tightly. And it's been a month or 2 of daily use, and snow hikes once a week and they are still functioning as intended, and in one piece.

I have ordered replacement caps 3 times and they all end up cracked. Is there a manufacturing issue? I have concerns of shattered glass infiltrating through to the coffee. Please respond.

Great product, well worth the cost. No more foggy plastic percolator top. This glass top is crystal clear.

I was hoping this would fit my camping percolator but had doubts. The knob that came with the pot was plastic and melted. These were glass. I can’t believe it. It fit. It actually fit better than the one the pot came with. I would recommend these to anyone who might need a universal knob for their pot.

I purchased this high quality heat treated healthier glass knob to replace a cheap plastic knob and a bulky square plastic lock washer that had deteriorated inside the lid and broke. I give this glass knob a 5 star for quality, value, packaging, and shipping time. And a 3 star for install which is no fault of theirs. The reason is I had to drill my existing SS lid with a Carbide drill to create the 1.1" hole and rework the outer round washer for this knob to fit. If your lid has the same size hole to accept the 1.1 dia. thread on this knob no doubt it's a 5. The end result with my added effort is a 5 out of 5. Oh, and I also give a 5 to me for the tunes and cold one in the man cave for another successful home project. Lol
